Kippgerät mit Energiespeichersystem.
EMI1.1

Tilting device with energy storage system.
EMI1.1
special for television purposes.
The previously known tilting devices used for this purpose basically worked in such a way that all of the energy required to build up the magnetic field and supplied to the deflection coil during the line advance was again destroyed (i.e. essentially converted into heat) during the line return. It has been shown that when the cathode rays are deflected in this way at particularly high speeds, e.g. B. those that are used in projection tubes, difficulties arise due to the energy required for tilting.
The object of the invention is to reduce this energy requirement. For this purpose, according to the invention, the deflection coils of the tilting device are interconnected with a number of coupled oscillation circuits so that an energy storage system is created for the fundamental waves and the first harmonics of the tilting frequency, which greatly reduces the energy required for these frequencies. This oscillating circuit system, together with the deflection coils, has as many resonance peaks as it corresponds to the number of oscillating circuits. These circles are balanced in such a way that the resonance peaks match the desired sweep frequency and its harmonics.
The use of coordinated circles in connection with the deflection coils has the consequence that when the oscillating circuit system is connected in parallel and a generator acting as a current generator is used. H. A visual oscillation generator delivering a defined current curve, as well as with series connection of the resonant circuit system and application of a voltage generator that acts as a voltage generator. H. A visual oscillation generator delivering a defined voltage curve due to the frequency response in the resonant circuit system, the current in the deflection coils does not have the desired curve. As a result, a current generator must be provided for series operation and a voltage generator for parallel connection.
In practice, the parallel connection is used in conjunction with a visual oscillation generator that generates a defined voltage curve, i.e. H. with a generator with real or apparent low internal resistance generated by an artificial circuit.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to figures.
In Fig. 1, 1 designates the output tube of the flip-flop and 2 the associated deflection coil. If a capacitor 3 is arranged parallel to this deflection coil and the oscillation circuit consisting of 2 and 3 is matched to the fundamental frequency of the breakover oscillation by suitable selection of the self-inductance and capacitance values, the oscillation energy will oscillate back and forth between inductance and capacitance.
The development of this basic idea is shown in FIG. 2, in which a switching arrangement composed of the capacitors J and J and the inductance 4 lies parallel to the deflection coil 2.
In this case, the size of these individual switching elements must be dimensioned so that the resulting capacitance of the switching arrangement consisting of ')', 4 and 5 is equal to the capacitance of the capacitor J shown in FIG. 1 for the fundamental frequency.
