Der Gegenstand der Erfindung betrifft die in einem   Süssmost-Pasteurisierapparat   vorhandenen Zu-und Abflussleitungen, die Anbringung des Thermometers und die Versehlussart. Die bisherigen ähnlichen Süssmostapparate haben z. B. verschieden voneinander getrennte Leitungen bzw. Verschraubungen. Bei vorliegender Erfindung führen die Zu-und Abflussleitungen nur durch eine Öffnung in der Mitte des Apparates, so dass, wenn er in einem Wasehkessel, Futterdämpfer oder Topf gestellt oder eingehängt wird, nur eine kleine runde oder viereckige Öffnung im Holz oder Bleehdeekel anzubringen ist. Es kann also ein voller Deckel oder zwei Halbdeekel benutzt werden, wodurch ein einfaeherer Einbau gegeben ist.

   Bei der Zeichnung ist der Verschluss durch ein Rohr mit Aussengewinde und Mutter hergestellt und werden durch Anziehen einer Stielmutter die Abdiehtungen hervorgerufen.
