EMI1.1
The invention resides in a further improvement of the method of patent no. 146088.
The essence of the invention is that in the slots a of the wall height adjustable iron columns c are temporarily installed, whereupon small stamped concrete pillars h with ventilation pipes g are arranged between these iron columns for the permanent takeover of the wall load, so that a width and according to the length of the wall continuous, with the outside and inside air connected, isolating air space is created.
The device used in the new method is shown in the drawing, u. between Fig. 1 shows a horizontal section through the wall to be dried, Fig. 2 shows a cross section, Fig. 3 shows a view of the wall in the shell including plastering and cladding and Fig. 4 shows the implementation of the
Iron column to be installed temporarily.
Depending on the construction of the building in question, the damp walls are raised at a certain height above the sidewalk from the outside and inside of the building, depending on the wall thickness, to 16 cm or 24, 32 cm or even higher, corresponding to two or more Bricks, chiselled out horizontally. At intervals of about 40 cm, in order to prevent later settlement in the masonry, the height-adjustable iron columns c with foot and top plates d, e from the outside and inside of the building are temporarily installed, with the screw shaft of the iron column c immediately is tightened so that the foot and top plates of the iron column are pressed against the lower and upper support surface.
The building wall is therefore only supported in parts by the temporarily installed iron columns c, so that now with the drainage of the
Building wall can be started.
The lower surface of the slots exposed between the temporarily installed iron columns and extending over the entire width of the wall is given a strip of a 7 mm thick insulating plate b, which is bent up about 5 cm at the sides. The slots are then boarded on both sides with an iron sheet / board over their entire height and wall width, then a very stable and rapidly setting rammed concrete (early high-strength Portland cement with the possible addition of Portland cement sinter) is introduced into the slots from the outside and inside, while this work process a ventilation pipe g made of Eternit, zinc sheet or the like. Is advantageously laid in the middle of the slot.
After the stamped concrete has set, the iron columns c and the shuttering sheets / are then removed so that the building wall is only supported by the small stamped concrete pillars h.
Since the slots a are connected to each other through the ventilation pipes g, the air can pass through in the horizontal direction. The slots a are closed off from the exterior and interior of the building by cladding panels i with air sieves.
