Teile dieser, wie beispielsweise zumindest Anteile von Flächen von Blumen¬töpfen, Beeten, Hochbeeten, Gewächshäusern, Wänden, Sockelflächen oder Fassadenteilenvon Gebäuden, Gerätschaften, Dekorationsgegenständen und Pflanzen (Bäume, Sträucher, ...)oder Ähnlichem dahingehend zu formulieren, dass eine wochen- oder monatelange haltbareund nahezu unsichtbare Barriere für Schnecken einfach per Hand mittels Sprühflasche, Sprayoder anderen Vorrichtungen wie Druckluftzerstäubern, Ultraschallzerstäubern, Zerstäuberdü¬sen, Aufdampfvorrichtungen, etc. nach Bedarf aufgetragen werden kann. Es scheint auch tech¬nisch formulierbar, geladene Polymere in Farben, Beschichtungen und Putze (z.B. Sockelputze)zum Zwecke der Schneckenabwehr zu integrieren. WEG ZUR AUSFÜHRUNG DER ERFINDUNG: [0006] Ein Verfahren zur Abwehr von Schnecken bzw. zum Schützen von Bereichen vorSchneckenbefall, mittels Aufbringen von geladenen Polymeren auf zu installierenden Sperrflä¬chen in Form von Ausbringen wässriger Fluide mit geladenen polymeren Bestandteilen, welchedurch Sprühen, Wischen, Scheuern, Sprayen, Zerstäubungsvorrichtungen etc. einfach aufOberflächen ausgebracht werden. Nach erfolgtem Ausbringen verdunstet der Gehalt an Wasserdes ausgebrachten wässrigen Fluides und die geladenen Polymere verbleiben zum Schutz vorSchnecken an der Fläche ohne diese zu beeinträchtigen. Versuche auf Fassadensockeln mit inWasser gelösten polymeren Guanidin-Verbindungen etwa brachten Aufschluss, dass Schne¬cken solche Ladungen und oder Polymere zeitnah nach dem Ausbringen in der flüssigen Phaseebenso meiden wie später in aufgetrockneter Form, wobei Schnecken auch den direkten Kon¬takt mit dem auszubringenden Mittel scheinbar überleben. Erwähnenswert scheint ebenso,dass die aufgetrocknete polymere Schicht auf der Fläche relativ unempfindlich auf Spritzwasseroder indirekten Regen ist.
