Das Patent 138870 bezieht sich auf eine Rechen- oder Buchhaltungsmaschien, bei der Beträge gleichzeitig auf zwei Rechenwerke derart übertragen werden können. dass der gleiche Betrag in dem einen Rechenwerk addiert, in dem andern Rechenwerk subtrahiert wird. Um bei Verbundbetrieb die Summe von dem Rechenwerk, auf dem der Überzug erscheint, oder. kaufmännisch gesprochen, von dem Kreditrechenwerk besonders zu kennzeichnen, ist gemäss der Erfindung die Einrichtung so getroffen, dass mittels eines Einstellgliedes das Umschaltgestänge für das Farbband an die Sperrklinke für die Summenziehtaste des einen der beiden Rechenwerke angeschlossen werden kann.

Ist der Abdruck von Summen in einer andern Farbe nicht erwünscht, z. B. wenn das der Taste 20 zugeordnete Rechenwerk selbständig gebraucht wird, so wird mittels des Handgriffes58 der Winkelhebel 40 *) Stammpatent Nr. 136598.
