Es sind Handkoffer bekannt, die zum Zwecke erhöhter Aufstellung mit Füssen versehen werden können, die am Boden des Koffers, u. zw. an den vier Ecken, eingeschraubt werden können. Gegenüber diesen bekannten Konstruktionen sind beim Gegenstand der Erfindung gekreuzte und an der Kreuzungsstelle miteinander gelenkig verbundene Füsse vorgesehen, wobei das wesentliche Kennzeichen der Erfindung darin besteht, dass an den Kofferseitenwänden je eine feste und eine schwenkbare Hülse vorgesehen sind, in welche die oberen Fussstützenenden in Spreizlage eingesteckt werden.
Diese Konstruktion hat den Vorteil, dass dem Koffer ein fester Stand gegeben werden kann, wobei sich die Füsse sowohl gegeneinander als auch in den Hülsen in Spreizlage abstützen können. Die Füsse können in zusammengeklapptem Zustand im Deckel des Koffers verwahrt werden.
Die Zeichnung zeigt eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung, wobei die Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt des Koffers an der Stelle der Befestigungsorgane darstellt, während die Fig. 2 eine Ansicht von vorne veranschaulicht, wobei an der Stelle der Fussbefestigung ein Stück des Koffers weggebrochen erscheint.
Die Fig. 3 zeigt die im Koffer versorgten Stützen.
Der mit einem Deckel versehene Koffer 1 gemäss Fig. 2 weist seitlich Hülsen 2 und 3 auf, wie man aus Fig. 1 erkennen kann. Die Hülse 3 ist fix angebracht, während die Hülse 2 bei 2a an einer Lasche 5 schwenkbar oder drehbar gelagert ist. Die Spreizfüsse 4,4 sind bei 6 gekreuzt und an dieser Stelle miteinander gelenkig verbunden. Bei der Anbringung der Füsse am Koffer wird zuerst der eine Fussteil in die gelenkige Hülse 2 eingesteckt, wonach der andere Fussteil in die feste Hülse 3 eingeschoben wird. Dieser Vorgang wird an jeder Schmalseite des Koffers bei der Anbringung der Füsse durchgeführt.
Die Fig. 3 zeigt, wie die Füsse in zusammengeklapptem Zustand in der Diagonale des Koffers untergebracht werden können.
Ohne den Rahmen der Erfindung zu verlassen, könnten die Spreizfüsse auch an den Längsseiten des Koffers, wenn diese entsprechend ausgebildet sind, lösbar angebracht werden.

There are known suitcases that can be provided with feet for the purpose of increased installation, which at the bottom of the suitcase, u. can be screwed in between the four corners. Compared to these known constructions, the subject of the invention provides legs that are crossed and articulated to one another at the intersection, the essential feature of the invention being that a fixed and a pivotable sleeve are provided on the case side walls, in which the upper ends of the footrest are spread apart be plugged in.
This construction has the advantage that the case can be given a firm stand, with the feet being able to support each other as well as in the sleeves in the spread position. The feet can be stored in the folded state in the lid of the case.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the invention, FIG. 1 showing a cross section of the case at the location of the fastening elements, while FIG. 2 shows a view from the front, a piece of the case appearing broken away at the location of the foot fastening.
Fig. 3 shows the supports supplied in the case.
The case 1 provided with a lid according to FIG. 2 has sleeves 2 and 3 on the side, as can be seen from FIG. The sleeve 3 is fixedly attached, while the sleeve 2 is pivotably or rotatably mounted on a bracket 5 at 2a. The splayfoots 4,4 are crossed at 6 and are articulated to one another at this point. When attaching the feet to the case, first one foot part is inserted into the articulated sleeve 2, after which the other foot part is pushed into the fixed sleeve 3. This process is carried out on each narrow side of the case when the feet are attached.
Fig. 3 shows how the feet can be accommodated in the folded state in the diagonal of the suitcase.
Without departing from the scope of the invention, the splay feet could also be detachably attached to the long sides of the case if they are designed accordingly.
