Iiontrollapparat für Malzkeimtrommeln od. dgl.
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kontrollapparat, der es ermöglicht, die Drehungs-und Stillstands- zeiten von Malzkeimtrommeln, Malzwender od. dgl. in Form eines Diagramms aufzuzeichnen.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist in der Zeichnung in den Fig. 1 und 2 in einem Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt. Die Fig. 3 zeigt in kleinerem Massstab das beschriebene Diagrammblatt.
In einem Gehäuse 12, welches z. B. an der Stirnwand der Malzkeimtrommel angesehraubt wird, befindet sich ein Gewichtspendel , mit der in der Metallplatte 4 und am Gehäuseboden 12 beweglich gelagerten Kurbelwelle 11 fest verbunden.
Die Kurbel 10 steht mit dem Gestänge 2,3 in beweglicher Verbindung. Die Schieberstange 3 läuft in den auf der Platte 4 angeschraubten Führungen 6 und trägt den Arm 7, an dem die Schreibvorrichtung 8 angeschraubt ist.
Der Schreibstift 9 schleift auf der an Stelle des Stundenzeiger auf der 24-Stunden-Uhr angebrachten Metallplatte 5, die ein Diagrammblatt trägt.
Der Apparat gemäss der Erfindung bewirkt eine genaue Kontrolle über den Mälzer, ob er die vorgeschrieben Drehung der Trommel durchführte, und gewährleistet dadurch eine bessere Keimführung.
Der Apparat registriert jede Bewegung der Trommel am Diagrammblatt (Fig. 3) ; während der Zeit des Stillstandes der Trommel durch Einzeichnung einer fortlaufenden Kreislinie c, welche bei Einsetzen der Trommelbewegung sofort in eine auf-und absteigende Linie übergeht, wobei jede aufsowie absteigende Linie a für sich je eine halbe Umdrehung, beide Linien b somit eine Ganzumdrehung der Trommel bezeichnen. Durch die Unterteilung der Diagrammblätter kann man daher jede stattgefundene Bewegung der Trommel sowie auch die Zeitdauer der Bewegung oder des Stillstandes der Trommel genau ablesen.

The invention relates to a control apparatus which makes it possible to record the rotation and standstill times of malt germination drums, malt turner or the like in the form of a diagram.
The subject of the invention is shown in the drawing in FIGS. 1 and 2 in an exemplary embodiment. 3 shows the diagram sheet described on a smaller scale.
In a housing 12 which, for. B. is sucked on the front wall of the malt germ drum, there is a weight pendulum, with the crankshaft 11 movably mounted in the metal plate 4 and on the housing base 12.
The crank 10 is in a movable connection with the linkage 2, 3. The slide rod 3 runs in the guides 6 screwed onto the plate 4 and carries the arm 7 to which the writing device 8 is screwed.
The pen 9 grinds on the metal plate 5, which is attached to the 24-hour clock instead of the hour hand and carries a diagram sheet.
The apparatus according to the invention provides precise control over the maltster as to whether it has carried out the prescribed rotation of the drum, and thereby ensures better germ guidance.
The apparatus registers every movement of the drum on the diagram sheet (Fig. 3); while the drum is at a standstill by drawing in a continuous circular line c, which immediately changes into an ascending and descending line when the drum begins to move, with each ascending and descending line a half a revolution each, and both lines b a complete revolution of the drum describe. Due to the subdivision of the diagram sheets, every movement of the drum that has taken place as well as the duration of the movement or the standstill of the drum can be read off precisely.
