Fig. 1 ist eine Vorderansicht einer erfindungsgemässen Verpackung.

Dust-proof packaging for twine, ribbons, braids, etc. like
The invention relates to a dust-proof packaging for twine, ribbons, borders and. Like. Packaging has been proposed for such goods in which, while the goods are covered and protected as a whole, two or more slots or holes are provided so that a piece of the goods can be exposed by passing them through an opening pushes out and pushes it back into the packaging through another opening.
The purpose of the invention is to create a simpler, dust-proof packaging of goods of the above-mentioned type, whereby, while the goods as a whole are appropriate, covered or protected, the part of the goods used for comparison of the color and for other purposes is exposed in a more expedient manner than before .
An end piece of the goods is also exposed in the packaging according to the invention. According to the invention, this end piece is allowed to emerge through only one opening of the packaging and is held with its free end by a label attached at a distance from the opening.
This packaging can be designed in such a way that a loop or a band made of opaque material, such as paper, is pushed onto the goods and the goods and the band are enclosed in a bag made of transparent material, such as collodion celluloid, or the like The end piece of the goods is pulled through an opening of the loop and the bag and is held on the outside of the bag by a label stuck on. Finally, the packaging can consist of two caps made of transparent material, with a paper loop or tape encompassing the facing edges of the caps and having the opening through which the end piece of the goods is pulled outwards, the free end of which is attached to one of the caps by a label is moored.
The opaque ribbon or bow can have information about the goods.
The glued-on label or the like holding the exposed piece of the goods according to the invention can be removed without damaging the packaging, so that the goods can be placed on the fabric or the like with which the goods are to be compared. After the comparison, the detached end of the goods can be held in place again by another label stuck on or by a rubber loop pushed over the packaging. This is an advantage over the aforementioned known packaging because the packaging is not damaged at the point where the affixed label holds the goods and the packaging together.
Since, moreover, the glued-on label or the like used according to the invention does not serve as a closure for the packaging, its removal does not at all indicate the discontinuation of the guarantee of the dustproofness of the packaging.
The fact that the exposed piece of goods can easily be lifted off also enables the buyer to feel the goods to check the quality and to check the reverse side.
Although it has also been proposed to equip packaging with a transparent insert, only the transparent envelope according to the invention enables the buyer to see almost all of the goods, whereby he gets an idea of the quantity of the goods and can also judge whether the Goods are in good condition.
The drawing illustrates, for example, embodiments of the invention. Fig. 1 is a front view of a package according to the invention. Figure 2 is a section on line X-X in Figure 1 looking in the direction of the arrow; 3 is a front view of another embodiment of FIG

packaging according to the invention; Figure 4 is a section on line Y-Y in Figure 3 looking in the direction of the arrows; Fig. 5 is a section on the line Z-Z in Fig. 1, and Fig. 6 is a section on the line S-S in Fig. 3, each seen in the direction of the arrows.
In Fig. 1, the tape or other goods a is wound on a cardboard sheet or other carrier b and is then enclosed in its central part by a loop of paper or other material, which is indicated by the dotted lines c and on which the texture information relating to the goods can be printed. The whole is then enclosed in a transparent covering d of cellulose or some other material which forms a pocket. A round or otherwise shaped hole f is made in the loop c and in the pocket d, and the end a1 of the goods is pulled through the two openings th, is exposed and is fastened to the outside of the pocket by an affixed label a2.
The label a2 can be the color name, e.g. B. 38, wear.
In the modified embodiment according to FIG. 3, after the goods a have been wound onto the cardboard sheet b, a cap d1 or d2 made of transparent material is pushed over each end of the cardboard sheet, creating a two-part pocket, the upper part d1 of which extends to the dotted line e and its lower part reaches d2 up to the line. The space that remains free between the caps d1, is enclosed by a paper loop e on which information about the nature of the goods can be printed. So that the paper jacket can be held in its position, it is glued to the pocket halves cl1, d2, which creates a complete pocket for the goods.
A hole f is made in the paper loop, through which the end al of the goods is pulled and exposed as before. This end is fixed at the top by means of a small label showing the color name, e.g. B. in the form of a number. Packaging produced in this way is of great advantage because it allows the color of the goods to be recognized at any time through the transparent material, while the exposed end piece of the goods can be checked and recorded directly, if necessary, without the need for a large piece to expose or unwind the goods.
The entire product is completely protected against dust and dirt. In particular, this packaging is of great advantage if threads or sewing thread, ribbons or trims are to be adapted; Since only the end of the tape or the border is exposed, the entire packaged goods can be picked up and fine color differences can be precisely recognized at the exposed end of the goods, eliminating any need to open the packaging.
If it is desired that no light should act on the goods, the parts described above as transparent can be made opaque.

instead of on the inside as in Fig. 1.
The hole for the passage of the exposed end of the goods can be arranged in the most favorable manner for the packaging.
The paper jacket can be arranged in such a way that the end of the goods passes through the transparent wrapping part without going through the paper jacket.
