   Die Platte gemäss der Erfindung besteht aus einem flachen oder schlauchförmigen Geflechte, dessen   Flechtfäden   mit Seide, Garn, od. dgl. übersponnene Gummifäden sind. 



   In Fig. 1 der Zeichnung ist ein Hosenträgerende mit einer solchen Patte dargestellt. Fig. 2 zeigt die Art des Geflechtes. 



   Das Geflecht besteht aus Gummifäden   1,   die mit einer Lage 2 aus Seide, Zwirn oder einem andern widerstandsfähigen Material übersponnen sind. Je nach dem erforderlichen grösseren oder kleineren Dehnungsgrade werden nur einzelne Fäden oder zwei oder mehr nebeneinanderliegende Fäden verflochten. 



  Wird das Geflecht als   Rundgeflecht,   also   schlauehförmig   hergestellt, so wird der Schlauch schon in der Maschine flachgedrückt. Das flachgedrÜckte Geflecht wird bis zu dem Punkte, wo das Knopfloeh freizuhalten ist, zusammengeendelt. Diese Patte sieht genau so aus wie die bisher bekannten unelastischen,   geflochtenen Patten.

   The braid consists of rubber threads 1 which are spun over with a layer 2 of silk, thread or some other resistant material. Depending on the required greater or lesser degree of stretching, only individual threads or two or more threads lying next to one another are braided.



  If the braid is made as a round braid, i.e. in the shape of a loop, the hose is flattened in the machine. The flattened braid is curled up to the point where the buttonhole is to be kept free. This flap looks exactly like the previously known inelastic, braided flap.
