Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektrisches Musikinstrument mit tastengesteuerten Tonquellen beliebiger Toneerregung, welche einzeln oder gruppenweise schaltbar sind. Bei einer derartigen Einrichtung wurden bei Tonerregern aus, vor umlaufenden Zahnscheiben befestigten Spulen einzelne Spulen derart zu gleichzeitig schaltbaren Gruppen vereinigt, dass zu einer Grundspule einzelne Windungen der Spulen höherer harmonischer Töne in Serie geschaltet wurden.

Auf den Zeichnungen ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. und zwar zeigt Abb. 1 die Gruppenunterteilung der Tonquellen mit dem Tastenspielwerk und Abb. 2 ein elektrisches Schaltungsschema in bezug auf die Verstärkung der einzelnen Gruppen.
Die Tonerregung für die Tonquellen ist für die Erfindung ohne Belang und kann beispielsweise auf magnetelektrischem Wege durch vor Magnetspulen umlaufenden gezahnten Ankerscheiben oder auf lichtelektrischem Weg durch vor schaltbaren Lichtquellen umlaufenden Scheibenblenden od. dgl. erfolgen. Beim dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind als Tonquellen die Induktionsspulen s von magnetelektrischen Musikinstrumenten angenommen, welche in der in Abb. 1 ersichtlichen Form in Gruppen 1-2. 3-4, 5-6. 7-8, 9-10, unterteilt sind. Hiebei sind die Tonquellen gleicher Klangcherakteristik und benachbarter Tonhöhe zu einer Gruppe zusammengefasst.
Die Gruppe 1-2 enthält beispielsweise die Tonquellen e, eis. d, dis, e/*, fif, y, is. s, ais, h des Bassbereiches, welche untereinander in Serie geschaltet und durch Drücken der Manualtaste t des zugehörigen Spulenkreises in den Verstärkerkreis eingeschaltet und dadurch zu Gehör gebracht werden. Hiebei sei angenommen, dass die Spulen der beiden Gruppen 1-2 und 3-4 z. B. Streichertoncharakteristik besitzen. Während die

Falls daher bei dem in Abb. 1 gezeichneten Sehaltungsbeispiel die Taste t. gedrückt wird, erklingt der Ton der Spule s, der Gruppe 7-8, der Ton der Spule s. r der Gruppe 5-6 und der Ton s,. der Gruppe 3-4, sofern die drei erwähnten Gruppen im Spielbereich eingeschaltet sind. Durch Ausschaltung einer der drei Gruppen wird der dieser Gruppe angehörige Ton nicht mitklingen, so dass beim Druck der gleichen Taste t., die Tonfarbe bzw. die Toncharakteristik eine andere ist.
In Abb. 2 ist das Schaltungsschema der bezifferten Gruppen dargestellt, wobei beispielsweise die Gruppe 1-2 der Bassregion einem eigenen Eingangstransformator T1 zugeführt wird. während beispielsweise die Gruppen 3-4 und 5-6 einem zweiten Eingangstranstor- mator T2 zugeführt sind, welche beide Gruppen die Mittelagen der Diskantregion derselben Toncharakteristik unter Ausschluss der Bassregion enthalten.
