Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Durchschreibevorrichtung für Buchhaltungszwecke unter
Verwendung loser Kontoblätter, insbesondere für die amerikanische Buchhaltung. Bei bekannten Vor- richtungen ähnlicher Art ist die Klemmleiste zum Einspannen der Buchhaltungsblätter längs geeigneter
Führungen in der Querrichtung über der Unterlagsplatte verschiebbar angeordnet. Nach der Erfindung ist die Klemmleiste frei abhebbar und besitzt an beiden Enden Einrichtungen, mittels welcher sie in der Höhen-und Querrichtung'unverrückbar festgehalten wird.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist in Fig. 1 dargestellt, Fig. 2 stellt einen Querschnitt der Klemm- leiste mit der Klemmschiene dar.
In der linken und rechten Ecke des oberen Randes der als Schreibunterlage dienenden Metall- platte A sind mit Griffen G versehene Klemmen F angebracht, welehe das Journal bloss am oberen Rande klemmen.
Die Unterlagsplatte A ist am oberen und unteren Rande im Einklang mit der Anzahl der Journal- spalten mit geeigneten, auf Metalleisten M befestigten Ansätzen (Zapfen) B oder Ausnehmungen (Ein- schnitten, Löchern) L ausgestattet.
Die zum Einspannen der Kontoblätter dienende Klemmleiste K, welche die ganze Vorrichtung von oben nach unten überquert, ist frei abhebbar ; sie besitzt an ihren beiden Enden ebenfalls Aus- nehmungen L oder Ansätze B und am linken Rande eine auf der Unterlagsplatte A aufruhende Stütz- platte T, welche das Kippen der Klemmleiste K beim Niederdrücken des Griffes W verhindert.
Mit der Klemmleiste K beweglich verbunden ist eine in ihrer linken Hälfte halbkreisförmig ge- wölbte federnde Klemmsehiene S, deren rechte, horizontale Hälfte mit einer Zeilenskala versehen ist, während an der linken Randmutter der Klemmtaster (Griff) W befestigt ist.
Die Arbeitsweise der Vorrichtung ist folgende :
Der bis zur freibleibenden Zeilenskala mit Indigopapier bedeckte Journalbogen wird auf der Unter- lagsplatte A mit den beiden Klemmen FG befestigt und die Klemmleiste K in ihre Grundstellung an- schliessend an die linke Klemme FG eingefügt, wobei die Ausnehmungen L oder Ansätze B der Klemm- leiste K in die am oberen und unteren Rande der Unterlagsplatte A vorgesehenen Ansätze B oder Aus- nehmungen L eingreifen, wodurch die Klemmleiste K in vertikaler und horizontaler Richtung fest- gestellt ist.
Durch Fingerdruck auf den Klemmtaster W wird die Klemmsehiene S geöffnet und das Konto- blatt in der gewünschten Höhenstellung eingeklemmt. Die frei abhebbare Klemmleiste K wird nun behufs Buchungsvornahme direkt auf die jeweils gewünschte Journalspalte eingestellt, wobei alle Eintragungen am Kontoblatt und Journal mit einer einzigen Niederschrift vorgenommen werden.
Der unterhalb der linken Klemme FG verfügbare freie Buchungsraum dient zu soeben Eintragungen am linken Journalrande, welche nicht im Durchschreibverfahren auf das Kontoblatt gelangen sollen, wie : Saldokontrolle der Kontoblätter, Evidenz der bereits beschriebenen Journalzeilen, Kontrolle der
Journalseitenumsätze u. dgl. mehr.
Die freie Abhebbarkeit der Klemmleiste K und deren sichere Festlegung über der jeweils ge- wünschen Journalkolonne gewährleistet ein bequemes und rasches Arbeiten. Ausserdem ist die Vorrich- tung nach der Erfindung einfacher als die bisher bekannten Einrichtungen ähnlicher Art, bei denen die Klemmleiste längs besonderer Führungen verschoben wird,
