   Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf gasbeheizte Gliederkessel mit aneinandergereihten plattenförmigen Gliedern, in deren kammerartigem Unterteil ein oder mehrere Gasbrenner untergebracht sind. Da bei diesen Heizkesseln nur am Vorder-und Hinterglied Öffnungen für den Luftzutritt vorgesehen sind, so wird den einzelnen Flammen des langen Rohrbrenners die Luft nicht gleichmässig zugeführt. 



   Gemäss der Erfindung soll nun die Luftzuführung zu dem Verbrennungsraum ausser durch die   üblichen   Luftöffnungen des   Vor der- oder Hintergliedes noch seitlich zwischen   den Mittelgliedern hindurch erfolgen, wobei die Frischluft durch Vorbeistreichen an den heissen Gliedwandungen vorgewärmt wird. 



  Zu diesem Zwecke sind die Seitenwände jeden Gliedes in der Höhe der Brenner mit schlitzartigen Durchbrechungen versehen, durch welche die Luft in den Brennerraum einströmen kann. 



   Die Erfindung ist in einer Ausführungsform in der Zeichnung dargestellt. Fig. 1 zeigt den Heizkessel im Aufriss, Fig. 2 in Seitenansicht. 



   Durch Aneinanderreihen der plattenförmigen Glieder a, in deren   Seitenkanälen   b die Heizgase hochsteigen, wird in üblicher Weise der Verbrennungsraum für die Gase gebildet. Der Verbrennungsluftzutritt zu diesem Verbrennungsraum erfolgt durch die Öffnungen c und d oder eine dieser Öffnungen. 



   Gemäss der Erfindung sind nun ausser den beiden Luftzuführungen   c,   d noch links und rechts des Verbrennungsraumes zwischen je zwei Mittelgliedern a, a   Frischluftzuführungen   vorgesehen. Zu diesem Zwecke haben die Seitenwände der Brennkammer schlitzartige Durchbrechungen e, ei, durch welche die Luft seitlich in die Brennkammer eintreten kann und infolge des   Vorbeistreichens   an den heissen Gliederwänden vorgewärmt wird. Dadurch, dass die Luft vollständig gleichmässig den über die ganze Brenner-   kammerfläche   gleichmässig verteilten Brenneröffnungen zufliesst, ergibt sich unter Vermeidung jedes unnötigen Luftüberschusses eine gute Verbrennung des Gases mit höchstem Wirkungsgrad und einheit-

   The invention relates to gas-heated sectional boilers with plate-shaped sections lined up in a row, in whose chamber-like lower part one or more gas burners are accommodated.
