In neuerer Zeit werden Schwimmbäder häufig mit sogenannten Wellenerzeugungsanlagen ausgestattet, welche den Zweck haben, den Wellengang grösserer   Wasserfläche   künstlich herzustellen. 



  Zur Erzeugung derartig künstlicher Wellen wurden bisher Einrichtungen ausgeführt, welche die Wellenbewegung des Wassers durch periodische Verdrängung eines Teiles des Wasserinhalte erzielten. Solche Anlagen bestehen zum Teil aus Tauchkolben mit auf-und abgehender Bewegung oder aus Schwingwehren mit um eine horizontale Achse schwingender Bewegung. 



   Bei allen diesen Vorrichtungen wird ihr Antrieb meist durch Elektromotoren und dazwischengeschaltete komplizierte Getriebeteile bewirkt, welche die rotierende Bewegung des Motors zunächst in eine hin und her gehende des Wellenerzeugers umzuwandeln haben. Diese Art der Umwandlung erfordert aber eine sehr umfangreiche und kraftverzehrende Anordnung, und ihr haften alle jene Nachteile an, welche alle Antriebe besitzen, die eine rotierende in eine hin und her gehende Bewegung verwandeln. 



  Ausserdem erfordert die Unterbringung des Getriebemechanismus viel Raum und infolgedessen die Herstellung kostspieliger Baulichkeiten. 



   Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, die angeführten Mängel der bisherigen Ausführungarten zu beseitigen. Dies wird erfindungsgemäss dadurch erreicht, dass die periodische Verdrängung eines Teiles des Wasserinhaltes, die zur Erzeugung der Wellenbewegung notwendig ist, nicht durch   Tauch-oder Schwingkörper   mit hin und her gehender bzw. schwingender Bewegung erzielt wird, sondern vielmehr durch Tauchkörper mit rotierender Bewegung. Zwischen Motor und Tauchkörper ist somit lediglich ein Rädergetriebe zur Umsetzung der Motordrehzahl auf die   Tauchkörperdrehzahl   erforderlich. 



  Der Entfall aller Maschinenteile zur Umwandlung der rotierenden Bewegung des Motors in eine hin und her gehende bewirkt, dass der Raumbedarf bei dieser Anordnung ein sehr geringer und der Wirkunggrad ein wesentlich günstigerer ist und dass die Anschaffungskosten im Vergleich zu den früher erwähnten Systemen niedriger sind. 



   Die beiliegende Abbildung stellt eine beispielsweise Ausführung vorliegender Erfindung dar,   1.   zw. in Fig. 1 im Schnitt, in Fig. 2 im Grundriss. Mit einem Schwimmbecken 1 steht, durch eine Trennwand 2 abgeteilt, kommunizierend ein Raum 3 in Verbindung, in welchem die wellenerzeugenden Walzen 4   1l1d,   mit ihnen fest verbunden, exzentrisch angeordnete Achsen 5 rotieren. In recent times, swimming pools are often equipped with so-called wave generation systems, which have the purpose of artificially creating the swell of larger water surfaces.



  In order to generate such artificial waves, devices have so far been implemented which achieved the wave motion of the water by periodically displacing part of the water content. Such systems consist partly of plungers with up and down movement or of oscillating weirs with movement that oscillates about a horizontal axis.



   In all of these devices, their drive is mostly effected by electric motors and complex gear parts connected in between, which first have to convert the rotating movement of the motor into a reciprocating movement of the wave generator. However, this type of conversion requires a very extensive and power-consuming arrangement, and it has all the disadvantages that all drives have that convert a rotating movement into a reciprocating movement.



  In addition, the housing of the gear mechanism requires a lot of space and consequently the production of expensive structures.



   The object of the present invention is to eliminate the deficiencies mentioned in the previous embodiments. This is achieved according to the invention in that the periodic displacement of part of the water content, which is necessary to generate the wave movement, is not achieved by immersed or oscillating bodies with reciprocating or oscillating movement, but rather by immersed bodies with rotating movement. Thus, only a gear train is required between the motor and the immersion body to convert the engine speed to the immersion body speed.



  The omission of all machine parts for converting the rotating movement of the motor into a reciprocating one means that the space requirement with this arrangement is very low and the degree of efficiency is much more favorable and that the acquisition costs are lower compared to the systems mentioned earlier.
