Die Erfindung betrifft einen Index für Zeitschriften und Zeitungen, welche sich mit Inseratenreklame befassen, und besteht darin, dass entweder am Zeitschriftenumschlag oder aber auf einem beliebigen anderen Blatte Perforationen angeordnet werden, welche das Blatt in Fächer unterteilen, in denen die Adressen der Inserenten gesammelt zusammengestellt sind.
An den Ecken sind die Perforationslinien abgerundet, damit ein Austrennen der einzelnen Adresszettel möglich ist, ohne die danebenliegenden zu beschädigen. Die so gebildeten Adressenzettel sind mit einer ausgestanzten und allenfalls nach oben gebogenen Zunge zum leichteren Erfassen beim Heraustrennen ausgestattet und sind Zunge und Zettel an der Rückseite durch aufgeklebt oder in ähnlicher Weise befestigte Verstärkungsteile aus Papier, Leinwand od. dgl. verfestigt.
Das in der geschilderten Weise mit den Inserentenadressen versehene Blatt, welches auf der Rückseite gummiert oder auch nicht gummiert sein kann, wird entweder als einzelnes Blatt oder gemeinsam mit anderen Blättern in die Zeitschrift eingeheftet oder es kann das Blatt mit einem zweiten Blatte zusammenhängen, welches Vordrucke von Postkarten aufweist, und mit diesem gemeinsam in der Zeitschrift eingeheftet oder in sonst geeigneter Weise in der Zeitschrift untergebracht sein.
Dadurch, dass die Adressen der Inserenten im Index in solcher Weise zusammengestellt sind, dass für jeden Inserenten ein unabhängig von den andern heraustrennbarer Adressenzettel gebildet wird, welcher bloss auf eine der gleichfalls in der Zeitung untergebrachten Korrespondenzkarten aufzukleben ist, braucht der Zeitungsleser keine umständlichen Manipulationen, wie Korrespondenzkarte schreiben usw. vorzunehmen, um den Inserenten zu verständigen, dass er von ihm eine Auskunft wünscht.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in Fig. 1 in perspektivischer Darstellung wiedergegeben. Fig. 2 zeigt das Blatt mit dem Index.
In der Zeitschrift befindet sich ein Blatt a, welches aus Postkarten, die durch Perforationen oder Schneidlinien getrennt sind, besteht. Die Postkarten sind bereits mit einem Vordruck versehen, mit welchem zur Offertstellung oder zur Entsendung eines Vertreters usw. aufgefordert wird. Die Zeitschrift enthält welters den Inserentenindex b, welcher durch Perforationen f) 9 oder durch Schneidlinien in Fächer e, k unterteilt ist. Die Perforationen oder Schneidlinien f) 9 verlaufen längs des Umfanges der durch sie gebildeten, heraustrennbaren Zettel und sind an den Ecken m abgerundet. Ausserdem trägt jeder einzelne Adresszettel e, le eine aus dem Papier ausgestanzte Zunge h zum Zwecke des leichteren Erfassens der Zettel e, k beim Heraustrennen.
Die Zungen h können längs der Linie i-i nach aufwärts gebogen werden. Um ein Einreissen der Zettel e, k beim Heraustrennen zu verhindern, ist auf ihrer Rückseite eine Ver- stärkung o angebracht. welche längs der Perforation abschliesst.
Die Adresszettel e, k können rechteckige, quadratische, dreieckige oder eine sonst geeignete Form erhalten. Der Index kann an beliebiger Stelle in der Zeitschrift eingeheftet sein, er kann auch die Innenseite des Umschlagblattes der Zeitung bilden. Es können ferner auch die Teile Ct und b aus einem Stück Papier bestehen. Der Teil b ist mit Ausnahme der Zungen h an der Rückseite gummiert. Der Inserentenindex kann aber auch in auf der Rückseite nicht gummiertem Zustande verwendet werden,
