Holding device for X-ray tubes.
The invention relates to a holding and adjustment device for x-ray tubes that is relatively easy to manufacture, easy to handle and also relatively easy to attach to existing x-ray tubes.
The new holding device is shown in one embodiment in FIG. 1 together with the X-ray tube held by it in view. FIG. 2 shows, on a larger scale, a section along line jl-ss in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a section along line C-D in FIG.
On the support part a, which is made attachable by means of a clamping screw b (or the like) to the device (tripod or the like) carrying the X-ray tube c (not shown in the figure), the sleeve h is about a perpendicular to the X-ray tube axis Axis rotatable and lockable by means of the clamping screw y.
Firmly connected to the sleeve h is a part d, which optionally has a dovetail-shaped cross-section and slides in the guide e that fits it, which is in the annular part encompassing the X-ray tube e, approximately in the middle, which in the illustrated embodiment is a thickening / the X-ray tube wall itself, but can also be designed as a part by itself and is then connected to the X-ray tube or its container. The sleeve can, instead of as shown in the figure, also be plugged onto part a with its other bore i.
The part f is spherical in order to enable the screw nut s, which is used to hold the X-ray tube after adjustment, to rest on the annular part t not only at a few points but along a surface, and the screw nut s is correspondingly on the underside (spherical hood-shaped) hollowed out (so that the screw nut s rests with its entire edge surface on the part t). As a result, the guided part tl can be securely clamped in the leading part e of the dovetail guide in any desired position.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Holding device for x-ray tubes with a support part made attachable to the device carrying the x-ray tube (tripod or the like), characterized in that a slide (d) is connected to the support part so as to be rotatable and lockable about an axis perpendicular to the x-ray tube axis when rotating the X-ray tube by means of an approximately dovetail-shaped end piece in an annular part surrounding the X-ray tube slides in a groove of a corresponding shape.
