Rohrsenkpumpe.

Tube sink pump.
For lowering pipes and for other construction purposes pumps are known whose pistons are directly driven by the propellant, e.g. B. compressed air or steam are moved. However, all these pumps have a complicated control device and easily fail when the pumping liquid is impure or sandy.
The invention now relates to a pump which, by virtue of its special design, does not have the disadvantages mentioned. Its essence consists primarily in the fact that the control slide, which is mounted on the same axis as the pump axis, is mediated by two helical springs
EMI1.1
Always move the slide in the direction of the respective piston movement. This primarily has the advantage that the pump is reliably reversed even when it is running slowly in contaminated liquid.
In the drawing, the subject of the invention is shown in one embodiment in axial section, u. zw. The left half of the figure shows the moving parts in the upper one. the right half the same parts in the lower end position.
In the cylinder 1, the piston 2 goes up and down, which is pushed up by the spring 3, whereby liquid is sucked in through the suction valve 4. If the driving pressure medium enters the space 5 above the piston 2, the piston is. 2, whereby the liquid below the piston flows through the pressure valve 6 and the piston tube 7 to the pressure line to be connected to the outflow opening 8 when the suction valve 4 is closed.
At the same time, the spring 3 is compressed and receives the tension for the next suction stroke.
The pressure medium is now controlled in a simple manner by means of the control slide 9. It is arranged coaxially to the pump axis and is dragged elastically back and forth by the piston tube 7. For this purpose it has an annular collar 10 on which the two flexible stops 11, preferably steel balls. when going up and down
EMI1.2
occurs at the maximum position of the piston 3 and the piston tube 7 and thus the control slide 9 through the inflow tube 16. the annular space 17 and the bores 18 pin. whereby the piston 2 goes down and the control slide 9 by means of buffer spring J'a in the described
EMI1.3
openings 19 are opened.
The pressure medium escapes and the suction spring 3 brings the piston up. whereby the control layer is set to inflow again. The game starts all over again.

As a result of the reversal, which is first delayed by stops and then suddenly occurring due to the tensioned springs, it is possible to use the pump even in heavily contaminated liquids without losing operational reliability. This is because the pump can no longer get stuck in the dead spots even when lifting pulpy liquids without having to resort to the complicated controls that have hitherto been used for such special purposes.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Lower tube pump with a piston directly influenced by the propellant and a control slide mounted coaxially to the pump axis, characterized by two helical springs (14 and 15) which surround the piston tube between a collar located on it and the piston itself and attack the control slide in such a way that they always move it in the direction of the respective piston movement.
