Abstract

Ein abhängig vom zu messenden Licht (1) Photostrom liefernder Detektor (D1) ist über einen Transimpedanz-Verstärker (2) mit einem ADC mit differentieller Eingangsstufe verbunden. Zur direkten Umwandlung des Photostroms in eine differentielle Spannung weist der Transimpedanz-Verstärker (2) zwei symmetrisch aufgebaute und differentiell angesteuerte Transimpedanz-Verstärkerzweige (3,4) auf, die jeweils zwischen einem der Stromausgänge des Detektors (D1) und einem der Spannungseingänge (ADC+, ADC-) des ADC vorgesehen sind. Dies ermöglicht eine rausch- und störungsarme Umwandlung auch kleiner Photoströme in eine differentielle Spannung bei gleichzeitig hoher Verstärkung und hoher Gleichtaktunterdrückung.
