Description

Device for acoustic self-control for speakers, actors, singers, violinists and other musicians.
The present apparatus consists, as can be seen from the accompanying drawing, of two sound collectors made of celluloid or aluminum, the area of which is about three times as large as that of the auricle and of a trough-shaped or flat oval shape, which sound collectors on a springy head to be attached bracket are attached.
In contrast to other hearing aids, the sound fit is to be placed in front of the ears,
Placed behind the ear or placed on the ear, it would completely miss its purpose, because it is not an apparatus for the hard of hearing, but primarily aims to keep direct sound waves from the ear, but to intercept reflected sound waves and thereby induce the learner to self-control.
This dual function of the sound catcher enables the singer, violinist, etc. to assess the sound effect, intonation, size and carrying capacity of the tone.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Device for acoustic self-control for speakers, actors, singers, violinists and other musicians, characterized by flat or trough-shaped sound absorbers that can be placed in front of the ears, which keep the direct sound waves reaching the ear from the ear, while the indirect sound waves from the room -or other walls reflect sound waves to the ear.
