Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine horizontal rotierende Kühltrommel (2) für eine schnelle Abkühlung schmelzflüssiger Hüttenschlacke und Warmerückgewinnung aus der Schlacke, deren Mantelfläche aus dicht nebeneinander verlaufenden Kühlrohren (3) besteht, die an den Enden beiderseits mittels kreisrunden, die Kühltrommel abschließenden Sammlern (4) verbunden sind, wodurch das zentrisch eingeleitete und radial zum Sammler strömende Speisewasser (6) auf gleiche Weise und simultan die Kühlrohre (3) während der gesamten Drehbewegung dauernd durchfließt.Der Querschnitt der Kuhlrohre und deren Anordnung erfolgt so, dass zwischen diesen seichte Rinnen (Kanneluren) gebildet werden (Zeichnungen 3 und 4), die eine gleichmäßige dünne Schicht der erstarrten Hüttenschlacke gewährleisten.The invention relates to a horizontally rotating cooling drum (2) for rapid cooling of molten metallurgical slag and heat recovery from the slag, whose lateral surface consists of closely spaced cooling tubes (3) connected at both ends by means of circular, the cooling drum final collector (4) are, whereby the centrically introduced and radially to the collector flowing feed water (6) in the same way and simultaneously the cooling tubes (3) during the entire rotational movement continuously flows through.
