Aufwickeltrommel für eiserne Rolladen.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Aufwickelvorrichtung für Rolladen aus Metallplatten, die mittels Ausbiegungen an ihren Rändern ineinanderhängen. Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass am Umfange der Aufwickeltrommel Aussparungen vorgesehen sind, in welche sich diese Ausbiegungen des aufgewickelten Rolladens einlegen. Durch diese Einrichtung wird der Umfang der Aufwickelwalze beim Aufwickeln der ersten Schicht fast nur um die Blechdicke der Metallplatten vergrössert.
Auf der Zeichnung ist die Aufwickeltrommel nach der Erfindung mit dem dazugehörigen Rolladen im Querschnitt dargestellt.
Der Rolladen besteht, abgesehen von dem Aufhängehaken a und dem Endstreifen b, aus gleich grossen Metallstreifen c mit je zwei kreisförmigen Randausbiegungen d und e, die beide an der gleichen Seite des Metallstreifens e liegen, also bei der Darstellung der Abbildung beide nach rechts hin abgebogen sind. Die Platten hängen mit diesen Ausbiegungen in bekannter Weise ineinander.
Die im Aufnahme- kasten fangeordnete Aufwickeltrommel g ist mit Ausschnitten h versehen, derart, dass sich beim Aufwickeln von der zunächst aufgewickelten Schicht des Rolladens sämtliche kreisförmigen Ausbiegungen cl und e in diese Ausschnitte einlegen, so dass durch diese Schicht fast nur eine Durchmesser-Vergrösserung der Aufwieklung um die Stärke der Metallstreifen c entsteht.
