Infolge der hygroskopischen Eigenschaften des Papiers ist die Fähigkeit desselben zur Aufnahme und Weiterbildung von Bakterien sehr geeignet. Diesem Umstande ist wegen der Gefahr der Übertragung von Krankheitskeimen, namentlich durch Bücher, Schriften, Aktenfaszike1, die viele Hände durchlaufen, insbesondere aber durch Bücher von Spitälern und Leihbibliotheken, besonderes Augenmerk zuzuwenden.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist nun eine Buchhülle bzw. ein Akteneinband, welche als hygienischer
Schutz wirken.
Es ist an sich bekannt, eine Buchhülle über den Einband des Buches zu ziehen, welche zweck- entsprechend über den Einbanddeckel so gefaltet ist, dass sie denselben ganz umgibt. Das Material dieser
Hülle ist dem Zwecke entsprechend Billrothbatist bzw. Wichsleinwand, was gegenüber den Buchhüllen aus Papier den Vorteil hat, dass sie leicht gereinigt werden kann und deshalb nicht wie jene so oft aus- getauscht werden muss.
Gemäss der Erfindung ist nun diese Hülle aus einem Stück bestehend und nicht gefaltet, wie dies bei den bisherigen, als bekannt vorausgesetzten Buchhüllen der Fall ist.
Am Rücken des Einbandes ist entweder zwischen Hülle und Einband oder zwischen Einbandrücken und Seitenstoss ein mit desinfizierendem Material gefüllter Behälter, Bausch od. dgl. fest oder auswechselbar angeordnet, dessen Inhalt beim Auf-und Zuldappen des Buches infolge der Zug-und Druckwirkung sowohl in die Seitenteile der Hülle als auch zwischen die Blattseiten des Buches od. dgl. eingeblasen wird.
In der Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungsarten gemäss der Erfindung beispielsweise dargestellt.
Fig. l zeigt die Buchhülle im Querschnitt, u. zw. umschliesst diese den Buchdeckel durch die Umschlagteil 1 und 2, Fig. 2 zeigt im Querschnitt durch den Teil 3 die Anordnung eines festen oder einschiebbaren
Behälters (Bausch) 4 längs des Rückenteiles 3 eines Buches 5 mit den Deckeln 6 und dem Rücken 7 als eine Ausführungsart. Fig. 3 zeigt im Querschnitt die zweite Art der Ausführung durch die Anordnung des einschiebbaren Behälters (Bausches) 4 zwischen Buchrücken 7 und Seitenstoss 8. Durch das Öffnen und Schliessen des Buches wird der Bausch auseinandergezogen bzw. gepresst, so dass durch diese Wirkung das Desinfektionsmittel aus dem Behälter herausgestossen und in die Blattlagen des Buches bzw. Akten- faszikels verteilt wird.
