Sense mit auswechselbarer Schneidklinge.
Durch die vorliegende Erfindung soll der bereits bekannte Gedanke an einer Sense eine auswechselbare Schneidklinge am Sensenblattrand mittels einer Deckleiste zu befestigen, dadurch für die Praxis brauchbar gemacht werden, dass einerseits die Herstellung der Klingen vereinfacht und anderseits die Wirkung der Sense durch Erhöhung der Schnittigkeit der Klinge, verbessert wird.
Bisher wurde die auswechselbare Schneidklinge der allgemein üblichen, krummlinigen Form der Sensenschneidlinie angepasst, was bei der Unzahl der gebräuchlichen Sensenformen und-grossen eine einheitliche Massenerzeugung der Klinge sehr erschwert hat. Dem soll nun erfindungsgemäss dadurch abgeholfen werden, dass die Schneidlinie (Schneidkante) und damit auch die Klinge nicht mehr eine krummlinige, sondern eine geradlinige Form erhalten, wodurch dann die Klingen einheitlich aus normal gewalztem Bandstahl hergestellt werden können. Bei stark gekrümmten Sensen kann die Schneidlinie geradlinig-gebrochen und dadurch die Schneidklinge aus geraden Streifen zusammengesetzt werden, wie dies beispielsweise in Fig. 1 dargestellt ist.
Wie weiters aus dem in Fig. 2 dargestellten Querschnitt zu ersehen, ist ausserdem erfindungsgemäss der Sensenblattrand a und die dazu passende Deckleiste b gegen den Rand zu sanft aufgewölbt. Dies hat zur Folge, dass wenn nun dazwischen die flache, elastische Stahlklingn c in der Wölbung zur Einklemmung kommt, sie dadurch gespannt wird und dann eine straffe und ebenfalls vollkommen gespannte Schneidkante abgibt, wodurch naturgemäss deren Schnittigkeit wesentlich erhöht wird. Das Festklemmen der Klinge zwischen Sensenblattrand und Deckleiste kann in beliebiger Weise durch Schrauben, Klemmen od. dgl. erfolgen.
Die Schneidklinge muss naturgemäss aus gutem Stahl sein, hingegen kann das Sensenblatt selbst bloss aus z. B. Eisen hergestellt werden.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Sense mit auswechselbarer Schneidklinge, die am Sensenblattrand mittels einer Deckleiste befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidkante eine geradlinige oder geradlinig-gebrochene Form aufweist.

Up to now, the exchangeable cutting blade has been adapted to the generally customary, curvilinear shape of the scythe cutting line, which, given the myriad of common scythe shapes and sizes, has made uniform mass production of the blade very difficult. This is to be remedied according to the invention in that the cutting line (cutting edge) and thus also the blade no longer have a curvilinear, but a straight shape, whereby the blades can then be made uniformly from normally rolled steel strip. In the case of strongly curved scythes, the cutting line can be broken in a straight line and the cutting blade can thereby be assembled from straight strips, as is shown, for example, in FIG.
As can also be seen from the cross section shown in FIG. 2, according to the invention the scythe blade edge a and the matching cover strip b are curved too gently towards the edge. As a result, if the flat, elastic steel blade c is trapped in the arch in between, it is thereby tensioned and then gives off a tight and also completely tensioned cutting edge, which naturally increases its cutting ability significantly. The clamping of the blade between the edge of the scythe blade and the cover strip can be done in any way by means of screws, clamps or the like.
The cutting blade must naturally be made of good steel, but the scythe blade itself can only be made of z. B. iron can be produced.
