Kupplmgsglied für Manschetten-Doppelknöpfe.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein für Manschetten-Doppelknöpfe bestimmtes Kupplungsglied, das sich durch seine Einfachheit und insbesondere dadurch auszeichnet, dass ein unbeabsichtigtes Öffnen des Kupplungsgliedes und somit ein Verlieren der Knöpfe ausgeschlossen ist und dass ferner das Auseinandernehmen der Knöpfe mit nur einer Hand bewerkstelligt werden kann.
Das Kupplungsglied besteht aus einem im Wesen C-förmigen Drahtbügel, dessen freie Enden zur Bildung eines mit abgerundeten Rändern versehenen Einführungsspaltes um 1800 zurückgebogen sind und der am Rückenteil eine nach aussen abstehende Schlaufe aufweist.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform dargestellt.
1 sind die beiden mit Ösen 2 versehenen Knopfplatten, 3 ist das Kupplungsglied, das im Wesen aus einem C-förmigen Drahtgebilde besteht, dessen Rückenteil zu einer Schlaufe 4 zweimal nach aussen gekröpft ist, während die freien Bügelschenkel J um 180 zurüekgebogen sind, so dass durch die einander gegenüberstehenden abgebogenen Bügelschenkel ein mit abgerundeten Rändern versehener Einführungsspalt 6 entsteht, durch den die Öse der Knöpfe durch blossen Druck oder Zug in den Bügel 3 eingebracht bzw. aus ihm wieder entfernt werden kann. Die inneren Bügelschenkel sind an den Bügelrücken so weit herangeführt, dass der verbleibende Zwischenraum 7 schmäler ist als die Drahtstärke der Knopfösen, um ein unbeabsichtigtes Verschieben der Knöpfe aus den Bügelaugen 8 gegen die Bügelmitte zu verhindern.

Für das Auseinandernehmen der Knöpfe wird nur eine Hand benötigt, indem der eine Knopf mit seiner Öse zunächst in die Schlaufe 4 am Bügelrücken eingeführt und hierauf der zweite Knopf aus seinem Lagerauge gegen den Einführungsschlitz 6 verschoben wird (strichliert gezeichnet), worauf durch einen Zug dieser zweite Knopf durch den Einführungsspalt hindurch aus dem Kupplungsglied entfernt wird.
