Verfahren zur Herstellung von Projektionsvorlagen für Schräg-Projektion, ins " besondere für Bühnenzwecke.
Es ist bereits bekannt (Patent Nr. 107235 und 112795), zur Erzeugung besonderer Effekte bei Projektion von Hintergründen u. dgl. für Theater, Schaustellungen, Reklame usw. als Projektionobjekte durchsichtige oder durchscheinende körperhafte Gebilde zu verwenden. So ergibt z. B. die Projektion eines geschliffenen facettierten Glasgebildes überraschende Farben-und Formeffekte, die sich beim Verschieben des Gebildes in der Richtung des Lichtstrahlenganges stetig ändern. Da die Projektion insbesondere für Bühnen-und Reklamezwecke stets sehr schräg erfolgen muss, so erscheint die Projektion eines z. B. kreisrunden Tellers in störender Weise verzerrt. Ebenso werden z. B. quadratische Glasschliffe in Trapez-oder Deltoidform verzerrt, zylindrische Glaskörper erscheinen als Kegelstumpfe usw.
Das Patent Nr. 107235 betrifft nun ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Bildern für Schrägprojektion, dessen Wesen darin besteht, dass das zu projizierende Bild nicht nur unter Berücksichtigung des Neigungswinkels zur Projektionsfläche, sondern zwangläufig auch unter den gleichen sonstigen geometrischen und optischen Verhältnissen aufgenommen wird, unter denen es hernach projiziert werden soll, so dass es unter allen Umständen eine richtige Abbildung auf der Projektionsfläche ergibt.
Das Wesen der weiteren Ausgestaltung dieser Erfindung zum Zwecke verzerrungsfreier Projektion von körperhaften Gebilden, wie Glasschliffen u. dgl., besteht nun darin, dass diese körperhaften Gebilde in solchen Formen hergestellt werden, wie sie eine Aufnahme verzerrungsfreier derartiger Gebilde unter Einhaltung des Verfahrens nach dem Patent Nr. 107235 ergeben wÜrde..
Zur richtigen Formgebung kann nun das Verfahren verschieden durchgeführt werden. Beispiels-

desselben, mit dem Verfahren nach Patent Nr. 107235 photographiert und nach diesem verzerrten Lichtbild der Körper geschliffen bzw. in sonst geeigneter Weise hergestellt.
Es kann auch so verfahren werden, dass ein regelmässiger Kreuzraster aus Draht oder aus Linien auf durchsichtigem Material mit dem Verfahren nach dem Patent Nr. 107235 photographiert wird, wodurch er in entsprechender Verzerrung abgebildet wird. Nun wird der Originalraster auf den unverzerrten Gegenstand oder dessen Bild aufgelegt und an Hand dessen die Übertragung der Hauptlinien bzw. Punkte in das verzerrte Rasterbild vorgenommen. An Hand der so leicht in richtiger Verzerrung herzustellenden Zeichnung wird sodann der zu projizierende Gegenstand hergestellt.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Vorlagen für Schrägprojektion, insbesondere für Bühnenzwecke. nach dem Patent Nr. 107235, bei dem durchsichtige bzw. durchscheinend körperhafte Gebilde zum Zwecke der Erzielung besonderer Effekte als Projektionsobjekte dienen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese körperhaften Gebilde in solchen Formen hergestellt werden, wie sie eine Aufnahme verzerrungfreier derartiger Gebilde unter Einhaltung des Verfahrens nach dem Patent Nr. 107235 ergeben würde.

It is already known (patent nos. 107235 and 112795) to produce special effects when projecting backgrounds and the like. Like. For theater, shows, advertising, etc. to use transparent or translucent physical structures as projection objects. So z. B. the projection of a cut faceted glass structure surprising color and shape effects that change steadily when the structure is moved in the direction of the light beam path. Since the projection always has to be very oblique, especially for stage and advertising purposes, the projection of a z. B. distorted circular plate in a disturbing manner. Likewise z. B. square glass cuts distorted in trapezoidal or deltoid shape, cylindrical glass bodies appear as truncated cones, etc.
Patent No. 107235 now relates to a method for producing images for oblique projection, the essence of which is that the image to be projected is recorded not only taking into account the angle of inclination to the projection surface, but inevitably also under the same other geometrical and optical conditions which it is to be projected afterwards, so that it results in a correct image on the projection surface under all circumstances.
The essence of the further embodiment of this invention for the purpose of distortion-free projection of physical structures, such as ground glass and. Like., now consists in the fact that these physical structures are produced in such forms as they would result in a recording of distortion-free structures of this type in compliance with the method according to patent no. 107235 ..
