Bierabfüllvorrichtung.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Bierabfüllvorrichtungen, mit welchen gleichzeitig in Glas und Flasche abgefüllt werden kann. Es ist bereits bekannt, zu diesem Zwecke an die Steigleitung sowohl den Schwimmerbehälter der Flaschenfülleinrichtung als auch die Glasabfüllstelle anzuschliessen. Der Erfindung gemäss ist nun die Anordnung derart getroffen, dass das Steigrohr den Behälter durchdringt und mit ihm durch eine absperrbare Zweigleitung in Verbindung steht. Dies ergibt eine besonders kompendiöse Bauart bei bequemer Handhabung, wodurch die Vorrichtung auch für die kleinsten Betriebe zweckmässig wird.
In Fig. 1 und 2 der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand der Erfindung beispielsweise in zwei zueinander senkrecht stehenden Längsmittelschnitten dargestellt.
Das Steigrohr a ist über dem Schanktisch von einem Behälter b urrgeben, der aus einem Glaszylinder c besteht, welcher oben und unten durch metallene Deckel d und e abgeschlossen ist. Der Behälter b steht durch eine Zweigleitung t mit dem Steigrohr a in Verbindung, wobei durch einen Hahn g die Leitung geöffnet bzw. geschlossen wird. Der Boden e des Behälters b besitzt je nach Bedarf ein oder zwei Zapfhähne h, welche zwei Kanäle i und k aufweisen. An die Kanäle k schliessen als Fortsetzung Steigrohre m an, die in den Behälter b hineinragen. Über das Mundstück n der Hähne wird der Flaschenhals gestülpt. An dem Deckel d des Behälters b ist eine Luftaustrittöffnung o vorgesehen, welche in bekannter Weise durch einen Schwimmer p geschlossen bzw. geöffnet wird.
Die beiden Kanäle i und k des Zapfhahnes h werden durch ein gemeinsames Hahnküken q gleichzeitig geöffnet oder geschlossen.
Soll beispielsweise die Flaschenabfüllvorriehtung in Tätigkeit treten, so wird der Hahn g geöffnet, wodurch das Bier aus dem Steigrohr a durch die Zweigleitung t in den Behälter b eintritt, worauf bei Erreichen einer gewissen Höhe der Schwimmer p die Öffnung o schliesst. Die noch in dem Behälter b befindliche Luft verhindert den weiteren Zutritt des Bieres. Hierauf wird der Hahn g geschlossen. Nunmehr wird die Flasche über das Mundstück n gestülpt, wobei die Mündung der beiden Kanäle í und k frei innerhalb der Flasche liegt. Nach Öffnen des Kükens q tritt das Bier durch den Kanal i in die Flasche ein, während die in der Flasche befindliche Luft durch den Kanal k nach oben in den Behälter b entweicht.
An der Zweigleitung t ist noch ein besonderer Hahn r vorgesehen, an welchen eine Wassersehlauehleitung angebracht werden kann, wodurch gründliche Reinigung des Behälters an Ort und Stelle möglich ist.

The invention relates to beer filling devices with which glass and bottle can be filled at the same time. It is already known for this purpose to connect both the float tank of the bottle filling device and the glass filling point to the riser. According to the invention, the arrangement is such that the riser pipe penetrates the container and is connected to it by a branch line that can be shut off. This results in a particularly compensatory design with easy handling, which makes the device useful even for the smallest of businesses.
In Fig. 1 and 2 of the drawing, the subject of the invention is shown, for example, in two mutually perpendicular longitudinal center sections.
The riser pipe a is covered by a container above the counter, which consists of a glass cylinder c, which is closed at the top and bottom by metal lids d and e. The container b is connected to the riser pipe a through a branch line t, the line being opened and closed by a cock g. The bottom e of the container b has one or two taps h, as required, which have two channels i and k. As a continuation, riser pipes m are connected to the channels k and protrude into the container b. The neck of the bottle is placed over the mouthpiece of the stopcock. On the cover d of the container b, an air outlet opening o is provided, which is closed or opened in a known manner by a float p.
The two channels i and k of the tap h are opened or closed simultaneously by a common cock q.
If, for example, the bottle filling device is to come into operation, the tap g is opened, whereby the beer enters the container b from the riser pipe a through the branch line t, whereupon the float p closes the opening o when a certain height is reached. The air still in the container b prevents further entry of the beer. The cock g is then closed. The bottle is now placed over the mouthpiece n, the mouth of the two channels í and k lying freely inside the bottle. After opening the plug q, the beer enters the bottle through the channel i, while the air in the bottle escapes through the channel k up into the container b.
A special tap r is also provided on the branch line t, to which a water-scoop pipe can be attached, which enables thorough cleaning of the container on the spot.
