HierzuAustrian Patent Office AT 11 335 U2 2010-08-15 DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES [0010] In accordance with a proper administration, each user is assigned a license model and a set-off of the requested services. The users are divided into two roles: one a composer, who may be an individual or a group, and on the other side the musician, who may also consist of several persons. The composer creates one or more works. Each work has clearance rules for anyone who sees something of this work or can initiate a download. The main part of the work includes a piece of demo song of inferior quality, ready mixed variations of the work and the work in several tracks. Additional information such as lyrics or other notes of the composer complete the work. The audio files are stored in a common format like mp3 or ogg. For the multi-lane version of the work, the ogg-vorbis format is suitable, which can store up to 255 tracks. In Figure 3 it can be seen that the composer has full access to his work (reading, writing). A musician sees, if he has the appropriate rights, the work and can load parts of it on his computer (Download). The multi-track work can be downloaded as a multi-track or merged into a track. The musician can choose which tracks are to be heard and which are not. Thus, the musician can suppress exactly that track (or musical instrument) that he wants to record in his accessible studio. His recording is stored in two variants on the server His newly recorded soundtrack and the entire mix of its download and its release. The musician has full access to the work only reading rights and on his playback. The composer can access the playback with read rights. He can take over the single soundtrack and integrate it into his work. The integrated version is again available to all authorized musicians. The mixture of the musician (selective download and playback combined) is used to audition or presentation of the musician. In addition, an exchange of ideas between composers and musicians can take place with the help of a forum. Claim 1. Internet portal for the upload and download of multi-track musical works, characterized in that individual soundtracks can be suppressed, replaced or added.
