Abstract
Um die Prüfstandsproduktivität zu erhöhen, werden allfällige Rüstarbeiten am Prüftandsaufbau abseits des Prüfstandes in eigenen Rüstbereichen durchgeführt. Der vorgerüstete Prüfling wird dann auf einer Palette in den Prüfstand gebracht und dort nur mehr verkabelt. Dazu muss aber auch eine Signalkonditioniereinrichtung für die diversen Sensoren auf der Palette angeordnet werden, was jedoch den Aufwand und die Kosten erhöht, da auf jeder Palette ein solche Signalkonditioniereinrichtung benötigt wird. Außerdem leidet dadurch die Flexibilität in der Konfiguration der Signalkonditioniereinrichtung. Um diese Probleme zu beheben wird eine Palettenkonstruktion und ein Prüfstandsaufbau vorgeschlagen, bei dem die Signalkonditioniereinrichtung 10 in einen sensorabhängigen, an der Palette angeordneten ersten Teil 11, und einen sensorunabhängigen, im Prüfstand 20 angeordneten, zweiten Teil 12 aufgeteilt wird.In order to increase the test bench productivity, any set-up work on the test bench setup is carried out off the test bench in its own setup areas.
