Elektrisches Hand-Signallicht.
Glühlampe a, Feder i, Kohle Mt, Zinkzylinder c, Feder k, Blechboden g, Tasterfeder e zurück zur Kohle .

Electric hand signal light.
The invention relates to an electrical hand signal light, in which on a housing made of sheet metal or the like, which is adapted in a known manner to the curvature of the back of the hand, an incandescent lamp fed by means of a split stick battery, for which the power is switched on and off by one on the thumb Facing end face of the container or the like attached, is accommodated in such a way that the same is arranged between the two parts of the stick battery for the purpose of achieving a consistently low and flat shape of the housing, the housing facing away from the back of the hand on the three Side faces in front of the incandescent lamp has recesses through which the light can flow out in three directions.
Several versions of hand signal lamps are already known in which the current is switched on and off automatically by means of bolts, weights or the like actuated by the movements of the hand to which the lamp is attached inside the lamp. However, this type of actuation has not proven itself insofar as every involuntary hand movement causes the in or out. Switching off the light, usually at the wrong moment, effected.
Hand signal lamps have also been produced in which the power source is outside the lamp, which requires sensitive and disruptive supply lines, after which the lamp can no longer be used if they are torn off.
All of the disadvantages mentioned have been taken into account in the present invention, in which the combination of parts of known devices has been carried out to form a perfect and reliable signal light, with the great advantage that the arrangement of the lamp in the middle and inside the Housing the same is better protected and radiation openings can be provided on all sides on the housing, so that in addition to the vehicles in the rear, passers-by and official traffic authorities can see the signals.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown, u. Between. Fig. 1 shows a hand stop light disassembled in a side view, and Fig. 2 shows the same assembled in section II of Fig. 1. A is a housing made of sheet metal to which a strap n made of leather, rubber or the like for the purpose of attachment the lamp is attached to the hand. Of and 03 are recesses on the housing and. O2 one on cover C.
An insert B consisting of a sheet metal base plate g is inserted into the hollow housing. on which the lighting device including the operating mechanism is attached. The incandescent lamp a is arranged in this way between the two parts of a stick battery. that after inserting the insert B into the housing A it comes to lie behind the aforementioned openings 01 O2 03. The spring k of the zinc cylinder c of one battery half sits conductively on the sheet metal base g, while the spring j of the zinc cylinder b of the second battery half is separated from the latter by the insulating layer t '.
By pressing the spring e against the carbon l by means of the push button d, which passes through an opening in the housing and is operated with the thumb of the hand, the current is closed and this leads from the carbon l through the zinc cylinder b, spring h. Bulb a, spring i, carbon Mt, zinc cylinder c, spring k, sheet metal base g, button spring e back to the carbon.
