Sclauchbinder.

Hose ties.
The invention relates to loop ties for all types of use and consists in the fact that the tensioning band is formed by a wire screw with an inserted wire core, the wire cage simultaneously serving as a thread for the clamping nut. One end of the wire screw is fastened in the connector housing, while the other end is looped around the hose, hooked into the housing and tightened firmly around the hose by means of the nut.
In the drawing, such a hose clip is shown, u. Between FIG. 1 shows a front view, FIG. 2 shows a side view, FIG. 3 shows a plan view and FIG. 4 shows an enlarged detail.
The tension band consists of a screw a made of steel wire or the like, which is provided with a wire core b. The windings of the screw a also serve as threads. One end c of the wire screw a is pushed through the slot d or a hole in the housing and fastened in the bolt f. The other end g is looped around the hose part to be attached and pushed into the slot h of the housing, whereupon the nut i provided on the end (/ provided) is tightened. The nut can be designed like a wing nut or a polygonal nut can also be used .
The hose tie can be made with one or more wire screws next to one another, the housing e being correspondingly wide and provided with the corresponding number of slots li.
The housing e is made in the shape of a bow, the seated part of the rounding of the hose being designed accordingly. The two legs of the bracket are bevelled. A tie with a wire screw is sufficient for hoses with a smaller diameter, whereas a tie with several wire screws is expediently used for hoses with a larger diameter.
The middle part k of the bracket has a nose-shaped bend l od. Like. Behind which the
