Beam control for the servomotor of an indirectly acting control device.
Beam controls for the servomotor of an indirectly acting control device are known per se. The subject matter of the invention differs from the known jet controls of this type in that there is a control slide with outflow openings, to which inflow openings in the housing wall correspond in such a way that the control slide and housing wall are separated by intermediate spaces which serve as the outlet for the pressure medium and which are used for the pressure medium Must skip triggering a control effect, and that the inflow openings are offset from one another by a different amount than the outflow openings. This achieves a particularly high sensitivity of the beam control.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the subject invention is illustrated, u. Between Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section through a control device, Fig. 2 shows a side view of the control slide with drive device, Fig. 3 shows a cross section along line A-B of Fig. 2.
The exemplary embodiment shown in the drawing is a reducing valve that opens more when pressure P2 downstream of valve 1 drops, and closes more when pressure P2 rises, so that pressure P2 is kept unchangeable in the flow pi-pus by regulating the valve position .
The pressure medium, e.g. B. oil, flows hiebei through the pipes 2, 8 as unthrottled as possible to the tubular body 4 with the slot-shaped openings 5, in front of which-this is constantly fully overlapping control slide 6 is moved by the pressure to be regulated. Since the controlling outflow openings 7, 8 of the slide are each separated from the associated, opposite and offset arranged inlet openings 9, 10 by intermediate spaces 11, 12, a jet of liquid sprays out of the openings 7, 8. As with an ordinary slide, depending on its position
EMI1.1
the space 16 on one side or the other of the piston 17 is supplied.
At the same time, however, the interstices 11, 12 create the possibility that not only the excess amounts of liquid from the jets 7 and 8 can flow away through these and the pipe 18, 19, but also that where the outlet and inlet opening are due to the displacement of the Slide 6 do not face each other and unhindered drainage can take place, for. B. (when filling 9, 13, 14 by jet 7) from the opening 10, channel 15 and space 16 through the intermediate space 12 and pipe 19 serving as a drain.
As a result, the slide simultaneously fulfills a multiple control task in a simple manner.
The piston 17 moves the control piston 21 by means of the spindle 20 either in one or the other direction, depending on an inflow of liquid on one side of the piston (space 14) and outflow on the other side of the piston (space 16) or vice versa . B. by two springs. 22, 23, the position of the piston 17 with control piston 21 can also be dependent on each position of the slide 6.
Furthermore, stops 24 prevent the slide 6 from going beyond the maximum permitted mass on both sides, the length of the slots 5 and the length of the slide 6 being kept large enough to prevent the openings 7 and 8 from closing or the slots 5 from opening becomes. The running surfaces of the slide 6 are permanently well lubricated by seeping oil.
The movement of the slide 6 takes place in a known manner by the lever 26 mounted in cutting edges or tips 25, which z. B. is controlled by means of pin 27 and membrane 28 by the pressure P2, which propagates through the tube 29 into the membrane chamber 30.

The actual opening or closing of the valve 1 is done by the control piston 21 and the return sleeve 31 carrying the controlling edges. When the control piston 21 moves downward, the pressure medium passes through the line 2, 32 and 33 into the space 34 under the servomotor piston 35 and opens under compression the spring 36 the valve 1. The return lever 37 leads simultaneously
EMI2.1
When the control piston 21 moves upwards, the pressure medium runs under the spring pressure 36 from the space 34, the line 33, the space 38 and the line. 39 again, the valve 1 closing and being brought to a standstill again by the return.
Eliminating the spring 36 can of course with simultaneous redesign of the control piston and feedback sleeve on both sides of the servomotor piston 35 with the hydraulic fluid, z. B. oil, are worked. Likewise, instead of the rigid return 37, a flexible or isodromic return can be selected or any return can be dispensed with at all.
