Buchhaltungseinrichtung.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Einrichtung, welche es ermöglicht, die bei den'ÜblW1-miBuchhaltungsmethoden nötigen'Eintragungen in verschiedene Bücher durch Einordnen in Fächer oder sonstige mechanische Manipulationen zu ersetzen, die unter Aufsicht eines Buchhalters von mehr oder minder ungeschulten Kräften durchgeführt werden'können.
Die Einrichtung, welche das Hauptbuch nebst allen Hilfsbüchern, wie Kontokorrentbuch bzw.
Saldakonti, Lagerbuch usw. ersetzt, besteht aus einem Kasten mit einer Anzahl von den einzelnen Kontis entsprechenden und zur Aufnahme von Buchungszetteln dienenden Abteilungen oder Fächern, deren jedes mit einer Addiervorriehtung sowie mit einer Einrichtung zum Öffnen und Absperren ausgestattet ist. Zweckmässig ist auch jedes Fach mit einer Zählvorrichtung versehen, die beim Öffnen, nicht aber beim Schliessen des Faches bestätigt wird.
Weitere Ausgestaltungen des Erfindungsgegenstandes seien an Hand der Zeichnung erörtert, die einen erfindungsgemäss ausgeführten Buchung5kasten im Schaubild darstellt.
Der zweckmässig aus Stahl gefertigte Kasten 2 enthält in seinem oberen Teil Soll-Fächer 5 und Haben-Fächer 6, in welche die auf einer Vervielfältigungsmasehine bekannter Art hergestellten Buchungszettel (Kopien von Rechnungen, Quittungen usw. ) eingelegt werden. An der Tür jedes einzelnen Faches ist eine Zählvorriehtung 3 von bekannter Konstruktion angebracht, welche anzeigt, wie oft das Fach geöffnet wurde, somit auch die Anzahl der Buehungszettel angibt, die im Fach enthalten sein sollen.
Weiters sind an den Türen Addiervorrichtungen bekannter Konstruktion angebracht, vermittels deren die Beträge der einzelnen Buchungszettel addiert werden.
Zweckmässig sind die Buchungszettel von verschiedener Farbe, beispielsweise die Soll-Zettel rot und die Haben-Zettel blau.
Jedes Fach ist ferner mit einem Schloss versehen, das sowohl mit einem langen Schlüssel wie auch mit einem kurzen Schlüssel geöffnet werden kann. In jedem Falle, ob man das Schloss mit dem langen oder mit dem kurzen Schlüssel öffnet, wird eine weitere Sperrvorrichtung ausgelöst, welche die Addiervorriehtung für die Benutzung freigibt und zugleich eine Klappe 8 öffnet. so dass man durch ein normales, von der Klappe abgedecktes Fensterchen die Additionssumme ablesen kann. Bei der Benutzung des langen Schlüssels wird aber ausserdem auch noch die Zählvorrichtung betätigt, welche die Anzahl der Buchungszettel angibt.
In jedem Fach sind hintereinander zwei Ständer 9 untergebracht, die zur Aufnahme der Buchungszettel dienen. Jeder Ständer besteht aus einer horizontal liegenden Mittelplatte, die vorne mit zwei aufrecht stehenden, verlängerbaren Stiften versehen ist. Auf diese Stifte werden die gelochten Zettel aufgesteckt. Wenn man einen Ständer zwecks Durchsicht der Zettel herausnimmt, kann man, um ein Abfallen der Zettel hintanzuhalten, auf die Stifte einen Abschlussbügel od. dgl. aufsetzen. Sobald der vordere Ständer voll ist, wird er im rückwärtigen Teil des Faches untergebracht, um dann bei Gelegenheit entleert zu werden. Die abgenommenen Zettel werden mit einer Aufschrift versehen, zusammengebunden und in den Fächern 10 des unteren Kastenteiles aufbewahrt.
Um einen Zettel einzulegen, was der Vornahme einer Buchung entspricht, wird das betreffende Fach vermittels des langen Schlüssels geöffnet, wobei sich die Klappe 8 öffnet und die Zählvorrichtung betätigt wird. Hierauf wird die Addiervorriehtung in der üblichen Weise gehandhabt. nachdem man
