Claims (1)
- PATENT-ANSPRUCH : Verfahren zum Konservieren von Bierwürzeproben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in EMI2.1 dessen Dichte kleiner ist als jene der Bierwürze und dessen Schmelzpunkt tiefer liegt, als die Temperatur der heissen Bierwürze, gebracht wird, welchem Körper (z. B. Paraffin) ein gährungshindernder, in Bierwürze leicht löslicher Stoff (z. B. ein Fluorpräparat) zugesetzt wurde.
