Kompensierter Asynchronmotor.

Compensated asynchronous motor.
The invention relates to a compensated asynchronous motor and consists essentially in the fact that the brushes are lifted from the commutator during start-up.
In the case of compensated asynchronous motors, the housing of which is connected to the mains, the commutator works under very favorable conditions during operation, since the armature has only a slight slip in relation to the rotating field, so that the transformer voltage in the windings short-circuited on the brushes will also only be low. On the other hand, the situation is far more unfavorable during the approach, since at the moment of the approach the rotating field has a high speed in relation to the armature and as a result the EBIK arising in the short-circuited winding turns out to be significantly higher.
The invention now aims to avoid a power limitation of the machine by the state at startup, u. between the fact that the brushes are lifted during startup. This makes it unnecessary to take any consideration of the commutation conditions during start-up. As a result, when designing the motor, one only needs to consider the running conditions so that one is able to build the excitation circuit for higher voltage and lower amperage. In this way, the commutator becomes smaller in turn, and there is thus a reduction in the transition and friction losses caused by it and in the entire brush surface.
As a result of the brush lift-off during start-up, a number of advantages are achieved over conventional motors that start with brushes on top.
The drawing illustrates an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, u. show between:

It denotes a the stator winding, b the working winding of the rotor and c the energization of the rotor. For the purpose of lifting the brush holders d from the commutator e, they are rotatably mounted and each connected to a crank arm j. The pins g of these crank arms engage in elongated holes h of a disk i, which can be rotated with the aid of a handwheel k. For this purpose there is a gear! On the axis of the handwheel, while the disk i has teeth m on part of its circumference.
