Die Erfindung betrifft Induktionsmotoren, denen der Arbeitsstrom am Läufer zugeführt wird und bei denen aus einer Hilfswicklung im Läufer die zur Drehzahl- oder Phasenregelung erforderliche, z. B. durch Bürstenverschiebung oder durch Regelung eines Transformators beeinflussbare Spannung entnommen und der Ständerwicklung aufgedruckt wird. Die Hilfswicklung wird bei dieser Anordnung vom Ständerstrom durchflossen und erzeugt dadurch ein magnetisches Feld, das störende Wirkungen hervorruft. Es beeinflusst den Leistungsfaktor ungünstig und verstärkt bei Einphasenmotoren das inverse Drehfeld, wodurch die Kommutierung verschlechtert wird.
Nach der Erfindung sollen diese Störungen dadurch vermieden werden, dass die magnetisierende Wirkung der Hilfswicklung durch eine Kompensationswicklung im Ständer ganz oder zum Teil aufgehoben wird.
