Abstract

Se proporcionan composiciones de un sistema y los métodos para su uso a fin de transdiferenciar células de la papila no-dérmica (DP) en células inducidas de la papila dérmica (iDPC) y utilizarlas posteriormente en el tratamiento de la pérdida del cabello. Reivindicación 1: Una composición que comprende: una población de células de la papila no dérmica; una población de células inducidas de la papila dérmica (iDPC) que expresan uno o más marcadores seleccionados del grupo formado por ALPL, EBF1, ETV1, FGF7, FOXD1, GLIS1, GREM2, ITGA9, PDGFRA, PRDM1, PRRX1, RSPO4, S100B, SOX18, TBX18 y TWIST2; y un sistema de reprogramación de células de la papila dérmica (DPCR) que comprende uno o más factores de reprogramación de células de la papila dérmica seleccionados del grupo formado por un agente EBF o un agente TWIST, donde el sistema DPCR causa la transdiferenciación de una o más células no-DP en una o más iDPC. Reivindicación 62: El método de acuerdo con la reivindicación 61, caracterizado porque la condición de pérdida de cabello se selecciona de entre: alopecia androgénica, alopecia areata, efluvio telógeno, tricotilomanía, alopecia por tracción, tiña de la cabeza, alopecia cicatricial, ardor o cicatrización.
