Abstract
En el presente documento se proporcionan métodos de separación de especies moleculares de un oligonucleótido rico en guanina de una mezcla de especies moleculares, en donde al menos una especie molecular de la mezcla, es un cuádruple formado a partir del oligonucleótido rico en guanina. En realizaciones ilustrativas, los métodos comprenden (a) aplicar la mezcla a una matriz cromatográfica que comprende un ligando hidrófobo, en donde dicho ligando hidrófobo comprende cadenas de alquilo C₄ a C₈, en donde las especies moleculares se unen al ligando hidrófobo y (b) aplicar, a la matriz cromatográfica, una fase móvil que comprende un gradiente de acetato y un gradiente de acetonitrilo, para eluir las especies moleculares del oligonucleótido rico en guanina. En aspectos ilustrativos, el oligonucleótido rico en guanina eluye en un primer conjunto de fracciones de elución y un cuádruple formado a partir del oligonucleótido rico en guanina, eluye en un segundo conjunto de fracciones de elución.
