Mezclar el árido con un asfalto y/o un agente bituminoso en un mezclador, por un tiempo entre 4 a 10 minutos a velocidad baja, con una proporción del 5% al 15% sobre el total de dicha mezcla asfáltica final resultante y mezclar dicha solución homogénea, precalentada a una temperatura inferior a los 120ºC, con la solución homogénea de impregnación, mezclando este conjunto de componentes hasta que la superficie del árido queda totalmente recubierta y de aspecto homogéneo, agregando un 0,25% de un mejorador de adherencia sobre el total en peso de la mezcla.
