Abstract

Se proporciona un sistema implementado por computadora que recibe un video en tiempo real capturado desde un dispositivo de imágenes médicas durante un procedimiento médico. El video en tiempo real puede incluir una pluralidad de fotogramas. El sistema puede adaptarse para detectar un objeto de interés en la pluralidad de fotogramas y aplicar una o más redes neuronales configuradas para identificar una pluralidad de características del objeto de interés detectado, tales como clasificación, tamaño y/o ubicación. En algunas formas de realización, el sistema se adapta para identificar, en función de una o más de las pluralidades de características, una guía médica y presentar, en tiempo real en un dispositivo de visualización durante el procedimiento médico, información para la guía médica.
