Abstract
La presente invención se refiere al campo técnico de los pesticidas, en particular se refiere a un derivado de formiato de heteroarilo que contiene nitrógeno oxima sustituido y al método de preparación del mismo, la composición herbicida y su aplicación. El derivado de formiato de heteroarilo que contiene nitrógeno oxima sustituido tiene una estructura química representada por la fórmula general (1), en donde, R¹ y R² representan independientemente H, halógeno, etc.; Y representa H, halógeno, NR³R⁴, etc.; W representa H, halógeno, alcoxi, alquilo, haloalquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo; X representa halógeno, alcoxi y etc.; Q se selecciona entre halógeno, alquilo con o sin halógeno, cicloalquilo, alcoxi, fenilo, arilo de 2,3-indanilo o naftilo, etc. El compuesto tiene una excelente actividad herbicida y una mayor seguridad para los cultivos, y en especial, tiene una buena selectividad para cultivos clave tales como el trigo, el maíz y el arroz. Reivindicación 1: Un derivado de formiato de heteroarilo que contiene nitrógeno oxima sustituido, como se muestra en la formula general (1) en donde: R¹ y R² representan independientemente H, halógeno, ciano, nitro, alquilo, haloalquilo, alquenilo, cicloalquilo, alcoxi, aciloxi, alquilsulfanilo, un grupo no sustituido o sustituido seleccionado de arilo, bencilo, heteroarilo, ariloxi, arilsulfanilo, heteroariloxi y heteroarilsulfanilo o un grupo representado por -COR⁵, en donde R⁵ representa alquilo, haloalquilo, alquenilo, cicloalquilo, alcoxi, alqueniloxi, cicloalcoxi, alquilsulfanilo, alquenil-sulfanilo, cicloalquilsulfanilo, un grupo no sustituido o sustituido seleccionado de bencilo, arilo, heteroarilo, ariloxi, heteroariloxi, arilmetoxi, heteroarilmetoxi, bencilsulfanilo, arilsulfanilo y heteroarilsulfanilo, o un grupo amino que no está sustituido o está sustituido por alquilo, acilo, aciloxi, o un grupo no sustituido o sustituido seleccionado de arilo, heteroarilo, arilalquilo y heteroarilalquilo; o R¹ y R² están unidos entre sí para formar un anillo saturado o insaturado de 5 ó 6 miembros; Y representa H, halógeno, ciano, nitro, alquilo, haloalquilo, alquenilo, cicloalquilo, alcoxi, aciloxi, alquilsulfanilo o NR³R⁴, en donde R³ y R⁴ representan independientemente H, alquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo, hidroxilo, haloalquilo, alcoxi, un grupo amino, acilo, alcoxicarbonilo, alquilcarbamoilo, alquilsulfonilo, trialquilsililo o dialquilfosfonilo, o NR³R⁴ representa un anillo saturado de 5 ó 6 miembros o un anillo insaturado de 5 miembros; W representa H, halógeno, alcoxi, alquilo, haloalquilo, alquenilo o alquinilo; X representa halógeno, alcoxi, alquilo, haloalquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo o ciano; Q se selecciona entre halógeno, un grupo que contiene o no contiene halógeno seleccionado de alquilo, cicloalquilo y alcoxi, arilo seleccionado de fenilo, 2,3-indanilo y naftilo, y heteroarilo seleccionado de los restos del grupo de fórmulas (2), en donde el arilo o heteroarilo no está sustituido o está sustituido con uno o más sustituyentes seleccionados del grupo que consiste en halógeno, ciano, ariloxi, alquilo, alcoxi, haloalquilo, haloalcoxi, acilo, alquilsulfanilo, fenilo, -OCH₂CH₂Cl, -OCH₂OCH₃, y -OCH₂CH₂OCH₃ o dos sustituyentes adyacentes unidos entre sí para formar -OCH₂CH₂-, -OCH₂O-, o -OCH₂CH₂O-.The present invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, in particular it relates to a substituted oxime nitrogen-containing heteroaryl formate derivative and the preparation method thereof, the herbicidal composition and its application. The substituted oxime nitrogen-containing heteroaryl formate derivative has a chemical structure represented by the general formula (1), wherein, R¹ and R² independently represent H, halogen, etc.; Y represents H, halogen, NR³R⁴, etc.; W represents H, halogen, alkoxy, alkyl, haloalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl; X represents halogen, alkoxy and etc.; Q is selected from halogen, alkyl with or without halogen, cycloalkyl, alkoxy, phenyl, 2,3-indanyl or naphthyl aryl, etc. The compound has excellent herbicidal activity and increased crop safety, and especially has good selectivity for key crops such as wheat, corn and rice. Claim 1: A substituted oxime nitrogen-containing heteroaryl formate derivative, as shown in the general formula (1) wherein: R¹ and R² independently represent H, halogen, cyano, nitro, alkyl, haloalkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, alkoxy , acyloxy, alkylsulfanyl, an unsubstituted or substituted group selected from aryl, benzyl, heteroaryl, aryloxy, arylsulfanyl, heteroaryloxy, and heteroarylsulfanyl or a group represented by -COR⁵, wherein R⁵ represents alkyl, haloalkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, alkoxy, alkenyloxy, cycloalkoxy, alkylsulfanyl, alkenylsulfanyl, cycloalkylsulfanyl, an unsubstituted or substituted group selected from benzyl, aryl, heteroaryl, aryloxy, heteroaryloxy, arylmethoxy, heteroarylmethoxy, benzylsulfanyl, arylsulfanyl, and heteroarylsulfanyl, or an amino group that is unsubstituted or substituted by alkyl, acyl, acyloxy, or an unsubstituted or substituted group selected from aryl, heteroaryl, arylalkyl, and heteroarylalkyl; or R¹ and R² are joined together to form a 5- or 6-membered saturated or unsaturated ring; Y represents H, halogen, cyano, nitro, alkyl, haloalkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, alkoxy, acyloxy, alkylsulfanyl or NR³R⁴, where R³ and R⁴ independently represent H, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, hydroxyl, haloalkyl, alkoxy, an amino group , acyl, alkoxycarbonyl, alkylcarbamoyl, alkylsulfonyl, trialkylsilyl or dialkylphosphonyl, or NR³R⁴ represents a 5- or 6-membered saturated ring or a 5-membered unsaturated ring; W represents H, halogen, alkoxy, alkyl, haloalkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl; X represents halogen, alkoxy, alkyl, haloalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl or cyano; Q is selected from halogen, a halogen-containing or non-halogen-containing group selected from alkyl, cycloalkyl and alkoxy, aryl selected from phenyl, 2,3-indanyl and naphthyl, and heteroaryl selected from the residues of the group of formulas (2), in where aryl or heteroaryl is unsubstituted or substituted with one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, cyano, aryloxy, alkyl, alkoxy, haloalkyl, haloalkoxy, acyl, alkylsulfanyl, phenyl, -OCH₂CH₂Cl, -OCH₂OCH₃, and - OCH₂CH₂OCH₃ or two adjacent substituents joined together to form -OCH₂CH₂-, -OCH₂O-, or -OCH₂CH₂O-.
