Abstract
Un clatrato de 1-metilciclopropeno con a-ciclodextrina, obtenido como un producto particulado sólido, se modifica al triturar, clasificar o ambos para obtener un material particulado modificado. Un material particulado que consiste en 85% o más en peso de clatrato de 1-metilciclopropeno de a-ciclodextrina y 0% a 15% en peso de a-ciclodextrina. Cuando se someten a condiciones de expulsión atmosférica idénticas de humedad y temperatura, masas idénticas de materiales particulados modificados y no modificados exhiben diferentes tasas de expulsión de 1-metilciclopropeno.
