Abstract
La invención provee un procedimiento Sol-gel para la preparación de un nanocomposito cerámico, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: a- mezclar al menos un compuesto de silicio, al menos una resina de alto contenido de carbono, un solvente alcohólico, y agua bajo agitación continua para obtener un gel, b- adicionar una arcilla al gel obtenido en la etapa a) para obtener un sólido, c- envejecer el sólido de la etapa b), y d- someter el sólido de la etapa c) a un tratamiento térmico a temperaturas de entre 200 y 300ºC. También la invención revela nanocompositos cerámicos obtenidos por dicho procedimiento útiles para la remoción de contaminantes de efluentes.The invention provides a Sol-gel procedure for the preparation of a ceramic nanocomposite, characterized in that it comprises the steps of: a- mixing at least one silicon compound, at least one resin with a high carbon content, an alcoholic solvent, and water under continuous stirring to obtain a gel, b- add a clay to the gel obtained in step a) to obtain a solid, c- age the solid from step b), and d- subject the solid from step c) to a treatment heat at temperatures between 200 and 300ºC. The invention also reveals ceramic nanocomposites obtained by said process that are useful for the removal of contaminants from effluents.
