Abstract
Un procedimiento para tratar un fluido acuoso que comprende al menos un polímero hidrosoluble que lleva funciones carboxilatos o sulfonatos en la fase acuosa, en donde dicho procedimiento comprende: a) una etapa de puesta en contacto de dicho fluido acuoso con micropartículas magnetizables de hierro de valencia cero no funcionalizadas por moléculas orgánicas, luego con al menos un agente precipitante de dicho polímero a base de sal trivalente de hierro o aluminio para inmovilizar dicho polímero sobre dichas partículas; b) una etapa de separación de dicho fluido acuoso y de dichas partículas sobre las que se inmoviliza dicho polímero por magnetización, en particular por aplicación de un campo magnético, para producir un fluido empobrecido en polímeros y un polímero fijado sobre dichas partículas. También un procedimiento de recuperación mejorada de petróleo crudo contenido en un yacimiento geológico, en el que se trata el agua de producción obtenida mediante dicho procedimiento de tratamiento de un fluido acuoso.A process for treating an aqueous fluid comprising at least one water-soluble polymer bearing carboxylate or sulfonate functions in the aqueous phase, wherein said process comprises: a) a step of contacting said aqueous fluid with magnetizable valence iron microparticles zero non-functionalized by organic molecules, then with at least one precipitating agent of said polymer based on trivalent iron or aluminum salt to immobilize said polymer on said particles; b) a step of separating said aqueous fluid and said particles on which said polymer is immobilized by magnetization, in particular by applying a magnetic field, to produce a fluid depleted of polymers and a polymer fixed on said particles. Also a process for the enhanced recovery of crude oil contained in a geological reservoir, in which the production water obtained by said process for treating an aqueous fluid is treated.
