Abstract

Un método de conexión de un nodo de un sistema de extensión de cobertura de comunicación inalámbrica. El nodo determina (S200) si ha sido desplazado fuera de una LAN inicial. Si el nodo ha sido desplazado, se establece una red de área local (S210) desde el nodo desplazado activando una función de servidor de direcciones. El nodo desplazado se conecta entonces (S220) a un punto de acceso a Internet. Entonces se establece un túnel seguro (S230) entre dicho nodo desplazado y un nodo maestro que coordina la red de área local inicial. La funcionalidad del servidor de direcciones se desactiva y se activa la funcionalidad de cliente de un servidor de direcciones de la red de área local inicial (S240).
