Abstract
El objeto de la presente es un cabezal mecánico, rotatorio y vibratorio a ser utilizado en máquinas cosechadoras de frutas arbóreas como cítricos, olivos u otros, que tiene la particularidad de poder regular el freno y por ende la velocidad de giro del mismo, y con la máquina en operaciones. Para ello se utiliza un motor hidráulico cuyo torque es opuesto al generado por el motor que hace rotar a las pesas, y su velocidad se regula mediante el uso de una electroválvula proporcional que se puede comandar manualmente. A su vez, por la configuración adoptada de las pesas excéntricas, se puede modificar en forma muy rápida la amplitud de vibración de las varillas cambiando en forma muy sencilla las pesas actuantes. Finalmente, el objeto de la presente permite reducir las operaciones y necesidades de mantenimiento del cabezal dado que utiliza engranajes y no correas, tensores ni poleas para transmitir el movimiento desde el motor hidráulico a las pesas excéntricas, lo que también permite aumentar el número de filas de varillas vibratorias sin incrementar las dimensiones del cabezal.The object of the present is a mechanical, rotary and vibratory head to be used in harvesting machines for tree fruits such as citrus, olive trees or others, which has the particularity of being able to regulate the brake and therefore its rotation speed, and with the machine in operation. In turn, due to the adopted configuration of the eccentric weights, the amplitude of vibration of the rods can be modified very quickly by changing the acting weights in a very simple way. Finally, the object of the present allows to reduce the operations and maintenance needs of the head since it uses gears and not belts, tensioners or pulleys to transmit the movement from the hydraulic motor to the eccentric weights, which also allows to increase the number of rows. of vibrating rods without increasing the dimensions of the head.
