Abstract

Jeringas prellenadas poseyendo una cámara con un producto inyectable o dos cámaras conteniendo productos aislados para mezclar antes de inyectar, y un conjunto valvular elástico deslizante que actúa como medio de cierre transitorio impidiendo la comunicación con el exterior o entre las dos cámaras internas, comprendiendo el conjunto dos elementos discoidales de acción cooperante: un tapón discoidal elástico y un asiento discoidal receptor deslizante incluyendo un conducto central de pasaje y cuyo borde conforma un cordón de espesor mayor y menor elasticidad que el resto del asiento. El tapón comprende una base elástica y de su cara interna se proyecta un cilindro compacto obturador que tiene una zona distal que comprende una pluralidad de escotaduras longitudinales y una zona proximal de calce, teniendo la base elástica del tapón un diámetro equivalente al del asiento discoidal receptor. El tapón puede estar: (a) semicalzado, permitiendo una comunicación de fluido a través de la pluralidad de escotaduras, y (b) completamente calzado en el conducto central del asiento discoidal receptor. Los dos elementos discoidales de acción cooperante no se separan totalmente uno del otro en ningún momento durante su empleo. De este modo, el conjunto valvular en posición semicalzado permite liofilizar el contenido de la jeringa con el conjunto valvular instalado dentro de la jeringa. El conjunto valvular está fabricado en un material elastomérico indistintamente por inyección o por compresión.
