Abstract

Una unión roscada con excelente resistencia a la tracción, que comprende: un componente macho que tiene una parte roscada externa que comprende una primera y segunda secciones roscadas externas a través de un escalón en una periferia externa en un lado del extremo distal de una primera tubería o tubo de acero; y un componente hembra que tiene una parte roscada interna que comprende una primera y segunda secciones roscadas internas a través del escalón en una periferia interna en un lado del extremo distal de una segunda tubería o tubo de acero, estando la parte roscada externa enroscada a la parte roscada interna para unir el componente macho y el componente hembra. La unión roscada tiene una primera y segunda secuencias de roscas con longitudes L1 y L2, respectivamente, y áreas de sección transversal P1, P2, B1 y B2 en las posiciones finales 4, 5, 6 y 7, respectivamente, que cumplen con la fórmula (1) y la fórmula (2): (P2, B2)ₘⁱₙ £ P1 / {L1 / (L1 +L2)} (1) (P2, B2)ₘⁱₙ £ B1 / {L2 / (L1 + L2)} (2) en donde (P2, B2)ₘⁱₙ representa P2 o B2, el que sea menor.
