Abstract
Se divulga un método para procesar un flujo continuo de aceite vegetal que comprende los pasos de: procesar dicho flujo de aceite para eliminar el agua contenida y/o el aire disuelto en el mismo por medio de la aplicación de una alta presión de vacío relativo. En donde dicho vacío se aplica en un tanque hermético el cual permite que el flujo posea durante su pasaje por el tanque una forma de lámina de bajo espesor para lograr una mayor exposición del aceite al vacío aplicado. Para lograr la continuidad del flujo dentro del tanque, se complementa con un dispositivo capaz de extraer el mismo flujo de aceite que ingresa al tanque hermético venciendo la presión de vacío relativo aplicado. Con la aplicación de este método se obtiene un aceite que no posee emulsiones, aire o humedad y que está listo para ser filtrado o depositado en un tanque para que decanten las partículas contenidas en el mismo.A method for processing a continuous flow of vegetable oil is disclosed comprising the steps of: processing said flow of oil to remove the water contained and / or the air dissolved therein by applying a high relative vacuum pressure.
