Proceso industrial flexible apto para la producción de distintas mezclas de origen vegetal e instalación industrial flexible utilizable con dicho proceso. Se refiere a un proceso industrial flexible apto para la producción de distintas mezclas de origen vegetal a través de cuyas etapas se produce una carga diferenciada (E1) ingresando materias primas clasificadas en los dispositivos (100) de una o más estaciones de carga (10)(10a)(10b), cuyos depósitos (103) tienen salida (104) a sendos medios transportadores independientes (200); se produce una dosificación (E2) controlando el flujo de materias primas para determinar la composición de la mezcla que se obtiene en uno o más medios de confluencia (30); se efectúa el control microbiológico (E3) de la mezcla obtenida; se efectúa una peletización (E4) produciendo pelets (50); se quiebran (E5) esos pelets; se realiza una clasificación y selección granulométrica (E6) del material quebrado; y se transporta hacia la salida (E7) donde hay una o más estaciones de salida (80) y el producto final se dispone para su entrega. La presente también se refiere a una instalación industrial flexible utilizable con el mencionado proceso, la que comprende una o más estaciones de carga (10)(10a)(10b) diferenciada de materias primas, provista de dispositivos de carga (100) con salidas (104) a medios transportadores independientes (200); estos últimos confluyen en uno o más medios de confluencia (30) con el que componen un dispositivo dosificador (20) de materias primas, dotado de medios de control de flujo que controlan la mezcla a obtener; un dispositivo de producción de pelets (50); un dispositivo quebrador de pelets (60); un dispositivo de clasificación y selección granulométrica (70); y una o más estaciones de salida (80).Flexible industrial process suitable for the production of different mixtures of vegetable origin and flexible industrial installation usable with this process.
