Abstract
Un sistema de inyección de oxígeno para un proceso de reducción directa, que incluye: un cabezal de inyección de gas circunferencial común adaptado para acoplarse a una fuente de oxígeno y una fuente de gas natural de enriquecimiento y adaptado para administrar oxígeno desde la fuente de oxígeno y gas natural de enriquecimiento desde la fuente de gas natural de enriquecimiento a una corriente de gas reductor que fluye a través de un conducto dispuesto axialmente dentro del cabezal de inyección de gas circunferencial común a través de una pluralidad de puertos dispuestos en forma circunferencial para formar una corriente de gas bustle; en donde el cabezal de inyección de gas circunferencial común incluye un cabezal de inyección de oxígeno circunferencial adaptado para administrar el oxígeno desde la fuente de oxígeno a la corriente de gas reductor a través de la pluralidad de puertos dispuestos en forma circunferencial y un cabezal de inyección de gas natural de enriquecimiento circunferencial adaptado para administrar el gas natural de enriquecimiento desde la fuente de gas natural de enriquecimiento de la corriente de gas reductor a través de la pluralidad de puertos dispuestos en forma circunferencial.
