Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Método para obtener una composición de fertilizante que comprende (i) al menos un fertilizante que contiene urea (1); y (ii) al menos una triamida del ácido (tio)fosfórico (2) de acuerdo con la fórmula general [1] en donde X¹ es O ó S; R¹ es C₁₋₂₀-alquilo, C₃₋₂₀-cicloalquilo, C₆₋₂₀-arilo, C₆₋₂₀-aril-C₁₋₄-alquilo o C₁₋₆-(di)alquilaminocarbonilo; R² es H, C₁₋₂₀-alquilo, C₃₋₂₀-cicloalquilo, C₆₋₂₀-arilo, C₆₋₂₀-aril-C₁₋₄-alquilo o C₁₋₆-(di)alquilaminocarbonilo; o R¹ y R², junto con el átomo de nitrógeno que los une, definen un radical heterocíclico saturado o insaturado de 5 ó 6 miembros, que comprende opcionalmente 1 ó 2 heteroátomos adicionales seleccionados del grupo que consiste en N, O y S; y R³, R⁴, R⁵ y R⁶ se seleccionan, independientemente entre sí, del grupo que consiste en H y C₁₋₄-alquilo; caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: a) proporcionar una premezcla (P) sólida y/o líquida en donde la premezcla (P) comprende al menos un fertilizante que contiene urea (1) y al menos una triamida del ácido (tio)fosfórico (2) en una relación de peso de 1:6 a 400:1 en función del peso total de todos los fertilizantes que contienen urea (1) y de todas las triamidas del ácido (tio)fosfórico (2), en donde al menos 85% en peso de la premezcla (P) (a1) no es una fusión; y (a2) no se obtiene mediante la fusión de cualquiera del al menos un fertilizante que contiene urea (1) o la fusión de cualquiera de la al menos una triamida del ácido (tio)fosfórico (2); y (a3) no se obtiene disolviendo o mezclando la al menos una triamida del ácido (tio)fosfórico (2) en/con un solvente (S) que tiene un punto de ebullición de menos de 100ºC; y b) agregar la premezcla (P) a una fusión (Q) que comprende fertilizante que contiene urea (1) formando una mezcla (M) que comprende el al menos un fertilizante que contiene urea (1) y la al menos una triamida del ácido (tio)fosfórico (2), en donde el tiempo de residencia de la mezcla (M) así formada antes de la granulación se ajusta de modo tal que la al menos una triamida del ácido (tio)fosfórico (2) no esté completamente o casi descompuesta en la mezcla (M); y c) formar gránulos de fertilizante sólidos mediante el uso de la mezcla (M) que comprende el al menos un fertilizante que contiene urea (1) y la al menos una triamida del ácido (tio)fosfórico (2). Reivindicación 17: La composición de fertilizante obtenida o caracterizada porque se puede obtener mediante un método de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 16.Claim 1: Method for obtaining a fertilizer composition comprising (i) at least one urea-containing fertilizer (1); and (ii) at least one (thio) phosphoric acid triamide (2) according to the general formula [1] wherein X¹ is O or S; R¹ is C₁₋₂₀-alkyl, C₃₋₂₀-cycloalkyl, C₆₋₂₀-aryl, C₆₋₂₀-aryl-C₁₋₄-alkyl or C₁₋₆- (di) alkylaminocarbonyl; R² is H, C₁₋₂₀-alkyl, C₃₋₂₀-cycloalkyl, C₆₋₂₀-aryl, C₆₋₂₀-aryl-C₁₋₄-alkyl or C₁₋₆- (di) alkylaminocarbonyl; or R¹ and R², together with the nitrogen atom linking them, define a 5- or 6-membered saturated or unsaturated heterocyclic radical, optionally comprising 1 or 2 additional heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of N, O and S; and R³, R⁴, R⁵ and R⁶ are independently selected from the group consisting of H and C₁₋₄-alkyl; characterized in that it comprises the steps of: a) providing a solid and / or liquid premix (P) wherein the premix (P) comprises at least one fertilizer containing urea (1) and at least one (thio) phosphoric acid triamide ( 2) in a weight ratio of 1: 6 to 400: 1 depending on the total weight of all fertilizers containing urea (1) and of all triamides of (thio) phosphoric acid (2), where at least 85 % by weight of the premix (P) (a1) is not a melt; and (a2) is not obtained by melting any of the at least one urea-containing fertilizer (1) or melting any of the at least one (thio) phosphoric acid triamide (2); and (a3) is not obtained by dissolving or mixing the at least one (thio) phosphoric acid triamide (2) in / with a solvent (S) having a boiling point of less than 100 ° C; and b) adding the premix (P) to a melt (Q) comprising urea-containing fertilizer (1) forming a mixture (M) comprising the at least one urea-containing fertilizer (1) and the at least one acid triamide (thio) phosphoric (2), wherein the residence time of the mixture (M) thus formed before granulation is adjusted such that the at least one triamide of the (thio) phosphoric acid (2) is not completely or almost decomposed in the mix (M); and c) forming solid fertilizer granules by using the mixture (M) comprising the at least one urea-containing fertilizer (1) and the at least one (thio) phosphoric acid triamide (2). Claim 17: The fertilizer composition obtained or characterized in that it can be obtained by a method according to any of claims 1 to 16.
