Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Método para obtener una composición de fertilizante que comprende (i) al menos un fertilizante que contiene urea (1); y (ii) al menos una triamida del ácido (tio)fosfórico (2) de acuerdo con la fórmula general [1] en donde X¹ es O ó S; R¹ es C₁₋₂₀-alquilo, C₃₋₂₀-cicloalquilo, C₆₋₂₀-arilo, C₆₋₂₀-aril-C₁₋₄-alquilo o C₁₋₆-(di)alquilaminocarbonilo; R² es H, C₁₋₂₀-alquilo, C₃₋₂₀-cicloalquilo, C₆₋₂₀-arilo, C₆₋₂₀-aril-C₁₋₄-alquilo o C₁₋₆-(di)alquilaminocarbonilo; o R¹ y R², junto con el átomo de nitrógeno que los une, definen un radical heterocíclico saturado o insaturado de 5 ó 6 miembros, que comprende opcionalmente 1 ó 2 heteroátomos adicionales seleccionados del grupo que consiste en N, O y S; y R³, R⁴, R⁵ y R⁶ se seleccionan, independientemente entre sí, del grupo que consiste en H y C₁₋₄-alquilo; caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: a) proporcionar una premezcla (P) sólida y/o líquida en donde la premezcla (P) comprende al menos un fertilizante que contiene urea (1) y al menos una triamida del ácido (tio)fosfórico (2) en una relación de peso de 1:6 a 400:1 en función del peso total de todos los fertilizantes que contienen urea (1) y de todas las triamidas del ácido (tio)fosfórico (2), en donde al menos 85% en peso de la premezcla (P) (a1) no es una fusión; y (a2) no se obtiene mediante la fusión de cualquiera del al menos un fertilizante que contiene urea (1) o la fusión de cualquiera de la al menos una triamida del ácido (tio)fosfórico (2); y (a3) no se obtiene disolviendo o mezclando la al menos una triamida del ácido (tio)fosfórico (2) en/con un solvente (S) que tiene un punto de ebullición de menos de 100ºC; y b) agregar la premezcla (P) a una fusión (Q) que comprende fertilizante que contiene urea (1) formando una mezcla (M) que comprende el al menos un fertilizante que contiene urea (1) y la al menos una triamida del ácido (tio)fosfórico (2), en donde el tiempo de residencia de la mezcla (M) así formada antes de la granulación se ajusta de modo tal que la al menos una triamida del ácido (tio)fosfórico (2) no esté completamente o casi descompuesta en la mezcla (M); y c) formar gránulos de fertilizante sólidos mediante el uso de la mezcla (M) que comprende el al menos un fertilizante que contiene urea (1) y la al menos una triamida del ácido (tio)fosfórico (2).
